We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the septic system issue during your stay. We want to clarify that upon discovering the problem, we promptly offered you the option to relocate to another property or cancel your booking. However, given that you were already at the property, you chose to stay, and we worked diligently to resolve the issue. If we had any knowledge of the septic problem earlier, we would have canceled your booking to prevent any discomfort. A refund for your stay has been processed, and we are pleased to confirm that all septic issues have been resolved.
