A charming apartment located on the famous Promenade des Anglais in a beautiful building, fully equipped and very cozy for a pleasant stay by the sea on the Promenade des Anglais, with direct access to the beach.



Space



Welcome to our apartment in front of the sea,

Located on the garden level, you will find all the comforts: large terrace, proximity to touristic places, AC, equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, Wi-Fi...

This apartment consists in one kids bedroom with bunk beds, one bathroom with shower, open kitchen on the living room with a retractable bed, TV and access to the sea view terrace.

Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle.



Access



The apartment is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation.

The apartment is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Keys will be given to you in our office, Bnb Groom Services. We can also organize a check in on site depending on your arrival time and our availability. Don't hesitate to share you arrival information as soon as you have it.

We will be there to advise you before and during your stay, available by phone or by email to answer any questions and make sure you spend a great stay at your home away from home.



Neighborhood



The apartment is close to the beach and the Promenade des Anglais, Nice International Airport and the Tramway line (Fabron stop) to reach the city center in a few minutes.

Walk accross the street and you will arrive on the beach. You will also find many shops in the immediate neighborhood. (bakery, supermarket, banks, restaurants etc)

Take the tram for 20 minutes and you will arrive in the Old Town, the historic and lively area of Nice.



Transit



Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by tram: take the line n°2 in direction of Port Lympia and stop at Fabron. Journey takes only 20 minutes and this stop is 100m away from the apartment.

You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment.

Train station « Nice Saint Augustin » is 2km away, allowing you to discover Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even to go in Italy easily.

You can come in Nice by car and park in one of the public parking around.





IMPORTANT - RULES OF PROCEDURE :



For security reasons, before arrival an online check-in should be completed via our Yaago application in which the person in charge of the booking should provide identity document.



The accommodation should be returned in a suitable state of use, respecting the premises, the neighborhood, as well as basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.



Parties and noisy evening gatherings are not allowed.

Smoking isn’t allowed inside.



Non-compliance with these instructions may result in a deduction from the deposit or cancellation of the stay.
