Welcome to La Maison de Lauren!
Our home lies in the heart of Old Town Villefranche Sur Mer on the water’s edge, with breathtaking views of the Bay, Chapelle Saint-Pierre, restaurants, cafes and shops all just steps outside our door: 10 minutes stroll to the beach and 10 minutes walk to the train station giving you convenient access to Nice, Cannes, Monaco, and Italy.
On the top floor of a charming 3 story building, our home has an ensuite double bed and bathroom while the open loft accommodates 2 additional guests with their own wash and shower room. Make yourself at home with a kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, and a mini refrigerator.
Please note that Passport and ID verification will be needed before check in.

The apartment was in a very good location with fabulous views. The stairway up to those third floor views was a bit difficult, especially when carrying luggage or after a long walk in the heat. Only suitable for extremely fit folk I’d say.

Wonderful location for catching a train or dining in town. No need for the kitchen as there are so many dining options just a few steps away. 5 minute walk to the train station and Nice is just a few minutes away.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of old town. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. The property manager, Vanessa was professional and very helpful with recommendations and suggestions. The only issues for us :Not enough lighting in the main bathroom.The mattress coverings are some sort of rubberized covering which made the bed hot and noisyThe stairs leading to the apartment are challenging, they are very steep and narrow.Overall a great location.

The place was ideally located. Close to transportation and right in the heart of old town. The stairway to the 3rd floor was not really mentioned on the preview. It was a tough climb for my wife and I who are in our sixties, trying to take up two 20 kilo suitcases was a challenge.

Once inside the apartment it was lovely- beautiful view, comfortable bed, good facilities and right in the centre of all the restaurants and bars.BUT- the staircase up 3 floors is LETHAL, very narrow, uneven steps, insecure handrails and sensor lighting that often doesn’t activate until you’ve actually plunged into the abyss. I feel this should really be mentioned in the description. Vanessa who welcomed us, was lovely, very helpful and helped with our luggage- it was very tricky to get it up all the stairs. I couldn’t fault her and she accommodated our check in and out requests. But it must be stated how dangerous the stairs are and how tricky it is to get in through the outside door. Perhaps best suited to fit(slim) young couples but not children or older less agile people. So please mention this in the booking details . Otherwise we loved our stay

Darling apartment, excellent location and beautiful view. Extremely responsive hosts. Knocked off a few stars because of the steep, winding stairwell to get into the apartment. Tricky with suitcases and old knees. The coffee machine wouldn’t work and we ran out of toilet paper. Hosts were very responsive, but those are essentials for any traveler. Other than those minor issues, it was an ideal place to stay and I would definitely stay again! Clean, cozy, great communication, and you can’t beat the location and view.

Fantastic location. The property was clean and had a good sized main bedroom with en-suite, kitchen and lounge. Upstairs is a pretty tight squeeze and has limited head height, but we managed.My family thoroughly enjoyed staying at the apartment and loved being so close to the sea front, old town and bars and restaurants.

A beautiful spot and a beautiful stay

The pictures perfectly represented the apartment; it was light-filled, clean, and filled with amenities. The location could not have been more perfect, as is clear by the windows.Our host communicated with us in depth about the check-in process and even sent us videos on how to use the various keys. It was a wonderful stay and if I'm ever back, I'll be sure to stay again.

Wonderful stay in Villefranche

This property worked brilliantly for our family of 4. The children had a separate bathroom and toilet. Adults had a bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The location in Villefranche sur Met is excellent.

Lovely, spacious proprty

This was our third stay in Villefranche. This apartment was spacious, light and quiet, and in a great location. Vanessa met us and covered all the essentials. We had no problems and very much enjoyed our stay. We do want to mention that there are steep stairs to get to this unit on the top floor.

Great location

A perfectly located apartment. Clean, fresh, welcoming with an amazing view of the bay. Only a couple of minor issues that if solved would have made the stay even better!! The beds weren't great, not very comfortable, with plastic sheeting. And one shower didn't drain. Otherwise - no complaints and would stay again.

We stayed for 10 nights in this gorgeous apartment in Villefranche-ser-mer and it was absolutely perfect! The apartment was spacious, beautifully styled, overlooked the Mediterranean Sea and was in a perfect location. The kitchen had everything you needed and honestly it was just the perfect holiday!
