Wunderschönes, geräumiges, klimatisiertes Apartment, komplett renoviert in perfekter Lage, um Nizza und die Côte d'Azur zu erkunden.
3 Gehminuten zum Strand und zur Promenade des Anglais. In der Nähe des Zentrums, 5 Minuten mit dem Bus oder einen kurzen Spaziergang von den Haupteinkaufsstraßen und der Altstadt entfernt. Meerblick von der Terrasse. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock und ist mit einem Aufzug erreichbar.
Der perfekte Ort für einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in Nizza. Es wurde kürzlich mit modernen und hochwertigen Materialien, Möbeln und Dekorationen renoviert.

A wonderful place to stay

This was a wonderful place to stay for our first visit to Nice. My wife, my daughter, and I had plenty of room staying there. Restaurants, stores, and the beach were all a short walk away, which was one of the many things we enjoyed about staying there.

Lovely place

Very sweet place with lots of amenities including lots of sheets and towels, extras in the kitchen such as spices and oils, beach mats, and a gorgeous view. Rental bikes took us to old town in minutes, or it’s a longer but reasonable stroll. Bakery and grocery stores right there, and a pleasant neighborhood. We very much enjoyed our time here.

Wonderful location

Place was roomy and clean and a great location. Loved the patio that had a view of and ocean. The manager who let us in was very nice but communication was a little difficult but we figured it out. Would stay again which is biggest compliment.

Perfect central location

This was the perfect find for our long weekend in Nice. It's a short stroll into the old town, with the Promenade des Anglais on the doorstep for early morning runs and trips to the beach - parasol was available at the apartment which was great. Highly recommend this place for a Nice beak!

Spacious Apartment with a beautiful view

We had an amazing stay here! The apartment was spacious which is a rare find in Nice. The location was great, it is very close to the water. We loved the latge balcony as well that came with a view of the water. Communication with the host was prompt. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Ideal location and super spacious… communication for the check-in was difficult with the person on site…even months in advance (via WhatsApp) but the owner was reassuring. cleanliness could have been a little bit better (looks like we were using - friend’s house for the weekend - not deeply cleaned prior to our arrival)… we still had a good time

Spacious, light-filled apartment in Nice

The apartment was great- exactly as advertised. Check-in was easy. Katia, who was lovely, was waiting to meet us despite our late arrival. The little terrace where weate dinner one night was delightful. The location, just steps away from the Promenade des Anglais and away from the night noise of old town was great. We walked most places. Highly recommend.

A perfect stay and amazing trip

We had an absolutely amazing stay in this apartment in Nice France. We are three girls in our 20s and were looking to explore the south of France and used nice as our base. The apartment was in perfect condition, it was much bigger than we expected! The two bedroom were kept nicely, the bathroom was modern and large and the kitchen has everything we needed including some tea and coffee which was a nice surprise. The balcony had sea views and we sat out there every evening before heading out into the action. This was a perfect location, the beach was less than a minute away, the main square and old town were a short walk or we took advantage of the bikes along the promenade which got us around very quickly! It was also easy to get to from the airport. Kathrine and Katia the hosts were so helpful and generous, helping us get settled in and continued to be communicative, friendly and helpful throughout our stay! We needed a place to store our bags and get a shower on our last day and they made sure we were all sorted! Overall this stay was flawless and I would 100% recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in the south of France ! Thank you so much.

Nice apartment with sea view.

The appartment is great, having nice charm and being inside a quiet building. It is spacious, clean, very comfortable, having a large balcony, nicely located (either to go to the beach, to the Promenade des Anglais, to use the public transportation, to go walking and exploring different quarters of Nice or to go down, every morning, to boulangerie - pâtisserie Le Capitole and to Plaisirs des Halles (fresh fruits, vegetables, local beers, wine cellar, etc.)). My two favorite places on a daily basis. Two supermarkets are very close by. Upon arrival, it was very easy to meet Katia. She was on the premises waiting for us with the key. She also made herself available during our two weeks stay. Also, we were greeted with a nice bottle of wine. We were pleased. We dream to go back to Nice soon and definitely we will rent the same apartment. The apartment is easily accessible from the airport by public transportation. Both kitchen and bathroom are very well equipped.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, vieles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Bus/Straßenbshn um die Ecke. Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, alles was man braucht. Kann diese Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Perfektes Appartment

Für uns war dieses Appartment optimal. Die Lage war hervorragend und die Wohnung war toll eingerichtet und auch sehr sauber. Der Empfang vor Ort hat super geklappt und wir wurden freundlich empfangen . wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen!

Frierend wohnen mit Mängeln

die Wohnung liegt direkt an der sehr belebten rue de France, das Schlafzimmer zum Hinterhof ist ruhig, das andere zur rue Andrioli sehr laut und mit verschlossenen sShränken möbliert. Die Wohnung hat einige, teils gravierende, Mängel: Im Schlafzimmer (zum Hof) befand sich der tropfende Heizkörper mit einer Schüssel darunter direkt neben dem Bett, ein Rolladen war geschlossen und nicht benutzbar (Kurbel defekt); im Badezimmer gab es tatsächlich keine Steckdose! der Gefrierschrank in der Küche war war komplett vereist (fehlerhaft eingebaut neben dem Kühlschrank); keine Tür in der Wohnung war fest zu schliessen, im Bad (mit WC) funktionierte der Riegel nicht); die versprochene Zentralhei-zung war ein Reinfall - die Heizkörper wurden abends nur ganz lauwarm (im 2. Schlafzimmer war sie gar nicht zu öffnen). Wir haben sehr gefroren, auch nachdem Katja, die freundliche Vertreterin von Kathérine, uns ein kleines Heiz-gerät vorbeibrachte (ihr nochmals vielen dank!)
