The Space:
Enjoy a peaceful stay in this magnificent, completely renovated apartment overlooking a courtyard, ideally located in the heart of the Marais! Perfectly furnished, it can accommodate up to three people.
The apartment includes:
• A bright and welcoming living room: has a double sofa bed with a real single mattress (140 × 200 cm), storage space and unlimited Wi-Fi access.
• One bedroom: equipped with a queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm) with new and extremely comfortable bedding, a high-quality Smart TV and storage space.
• A bathroom: located in the room includes a modern shower and Japanese toilets, as well as a hairdryer, soap and shampoo.
Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.
• A fully equipped open kitchen: hotplates, oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, washing machine, pots and pans…

The accommodations were recently built from an attic area with new dormers added to give ceiling height. The workmanship was excellent. The quality of the fixtures were top of the line. It was very clean. The location was excellent in the 4th arrondissement. A grocery store next door and 4 restaurant about 200 feet away. The front door lock was troublesome. We did not know it was a walk up. Interestingly, the number of steps were only 7 more than my age of 83. Surprisingly, it wasn’t too bad and added to the charm of our stay. I would stay again.
