Excellent rental house!

This is a beautiful, large rental house...with a hot tub! The only thing that would make it better is a fire pit. Our family enjoyed our stay, there are many things for the kids to do and everyone had a blast. Thank you for the perfect weekend!!

Great time away with family

We loved this rental home. Great amount of space for a family gathering, the kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. There was even a pack n play for our infant, which was great. Would definitely rent again.

Three Generations / We had a Great Time!

The house is impressive and spacious. My Father, Brother, Two Sons and Family Friend (ages 86 to 27) enjoyed the property, Hot Tub, Hiking Trails and short drive to Mt. Bachelor. Our Hosts were friendly and responded immediately to my one question. We hope to come back next year!

We loved this house and will be back next year. Our only suggestions are to put a blind in the DS master bath. Also the 2 doors to the hand and Jill bathroom don’t lock. It was an amazing house. Better than the pics

Nice home. Very comfortable. Only complaint, one dish towel for a week! Fortunately for us, maybe not for housekeeping the supply closet was left unlocked so we had access to extra hand towels that we used in the kitchen.

Wonderful home

We had a wonderful relaxing time at this home. It was in a beautiful quiet setting and we loved that the deck opened onto the golf course and trees. Since it was winter, it was very quiet (in a good way.) We loved the spacious living and dining area where we hung out most of the time. It had a Roku TV to stream, switch on fireplace, well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms were comfy, and the bathrooms brand new. Great bike paths to connect you to town. Ice skating rink on site during the winter, which the kids loved. Would go back!

Wonderful Extended Family Getaway in Bend

This property was perfect for a few couples attending a nearby family reunion in August. Large well-stocked kitchen, ample room to sit, comfy bedrooms and bathrooms - everything was clean and well thought out for their guests. The location is a great launch pad for activities in Central Oregon. It looks suburban from the outside but really feels like a resort overlooking the golf course and pickleball courts. There’s a fun little pub on the property with outdoor seating and bands on the summer weekends (but the house is a distance and you hear nothing from the house). The property managers were great at communicating as well. Thanks for a fun stay!

The only thing that would have given the amenities 5 stars was better pans for cooking. The frying pans and square griddle could use an upgrade. Other than that the stay was above and beyond what we had expected.

Great stay overall!

House was very spacious and very clean. Kitchen was well stocked for large group meals. Beds very comfortable. Only two minor considerations-house is set back from main road going in and out of Bend but you can hear road noise. Also wasn’t clear from pictures that there is a small bicycle park right next to house so not a lot of privacy. All and all would rent again but just a couple of things to make note of if any of these a concern.

The home is very spacious and everything was clean and working properly, including the hot tub. In the summer, this is a great place to stay for families and golfers. It is about 15-20 minutes from downtown Bend depending on traffic but Uber is available. Be very weary of the restaurant at the Inn of the 7th and DoorDash does not deliver here so plan accordingly. We had a great time here.

Great place for family reunion!

We were very pleased with this home! It exceeded our expectations and our needs. Kitchen was plenty large for group meal prep and we had more than enough plates and utensils to serve our large group! Lots of extra little things we forgot to pack were available - which was very appreciated. The hot tub was great. Worked well and was ready for us from the very start (we’ve stayed plenty of places where this was not the case). Loved the extra tables in the dining area and outdoors. Never felt squished - important for a large group! The bathrooms were all clean and updated nicely. The bedrooms were nice sized and we appreciated the abundance of hangers! The big things and little things were all there! We would definitely come again! Thanks for a great experience!!

Two for two!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After we got home last year, we immediately booked the house again for this year. Everything was perfect. The house is beautiful, the beds are all very comfortable, and the open plan on the first floor was perfect for the eight of us. The kitchen has everything you need and more. The folks at VRC are delightful to deal with and super responsive. And if you are there to ski, there is no better location for Mt Bachelor. We are already looking to going 3 for 3 next year.

Great location, clean and good for families

Location: Ideal location - 10-15 min from Mount Bachelor and snow play areas. The river/lake is walking/hiking distance. Not far from town. Cleaniness/amenities: Clean house with all the amenities needed. Beds were comfortable linens and towels were clean. Bathrooms were clean. Kitchen had pots, etc. needed for cooking. Washer/dryer/dishwasher worked well. Dual heating systems kept the house comfortable. The backyard is right up against a golf course and since there was some snow, it was great for the kids. Some games for the kids. And the house had enough beds and bathrooms to accommodate us all (4 adults and a bunch of kids). Note: Trash bins are located in the garage so put trash/recycling in there and the management company has a private company that picks up the trash every Friday. Check-in/Responsiveness: Check-in was very easy - lockbox code with a key. Very responsive management company. We had an issue with the kitchen faucet and they fixed it right away. Overall, great experience and would rent again and recommend!

Great family getaway

Perfect for large family. The bedrooms are very spacious and lots of bathrooms! The kitchen was big enough for several of us to work in together.
