Beautiful and picturesque Cardinal bridge is less than a 10-minute walk down the path which follows the river near the house.

Relax and spend your vacation at Sunriver in a large, desirable home that has plenty of room for your whole family! Our home boasts a large living room, generous dining room and abundant kitchen upstairs; as well as a spacious family/game room downstairs. You will get to enjoy 12 complimentary SHARC passes, whole house zoned A/C, private hot tub, arcade games, ping-pong, air hockey and foosball as well as bicycles of all sizes, kayaks (seasonal), and sports equipment for the park.

The space
On the lower floor you are greeted with a slate entry and the family game room with arcade games, wet -bar, abundant seating, a Queen Hide-a-bed and big screen TV. Further in are the bunk room, with 2 sets of twin bunks, and two King bedroom suites each with a private bathroom. The hot tub is accessed through the hallway or also from the stairs on the deck above.

Upstairs you’ll love the grand living room with soaring vaulted ceilings, large gas fireplace, big screen TV with surround sound system, and floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows with peek-a-boo views of the river and the buttes.
The large kitchen is every chef’s dream come true. With 2 separate ovens and 2 dishwashers as well as miles of prep space it provides all of the room you will need to prepare and serve that large family meal. The dining room will also provide plenty of room for seating your whole family for that special get together.
The grand master and a second King bedroom are also located on the main level. The spacious and private grand master bedroom includes a sitting chair and a gorgeous master bathroom with jetted tub and large walk-in shower.

Additionally, there is a full laundry room and a garage with foosball, ping-pong, Air hockey and plenty of places to store your essentials and adventuring gear.

The house is fully air conditioned and includes many essentials to make your stay enjoyable. Such as:
