Sit and relax on the sectional sofa and stay warm next to the ceramic gas log fireplace. Chromecast your favorites on the huge brand new flatscreen TV.
The dining area offers a large farmhouse style table with ample seating for your entire group. You can enjoy a game of Foosball off the open concept family room area as well.
The large kitchen offers modern stainless steel appliances including a fridge/freezer, gas range/oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, air-fryer and a Jura Capresso Coffee machine.
Step out back to enjoy the morning coffee on the enclosed patio deck that leads to a huge, level, and fully fenced backyard. With this home backing to the national forest, you can truly enjoy nature while staying at this cabin. The national forest can be privately accessed from the backyard via a secured gate. Serenity at its finest! Both front and backyard patio decks are furnished with patio chairs and a coffee table. The backyard patio includes a BBQ Grill/Griddle Combo.
Back inside, head down the hall, to the left you have a large laundry room offering a full size washer and dryer, which leads to an attached 2 car garage. This home not only offers garage parking, you also have a Level 2 Electric Vehicle charging port!
Down the hall is the first bedroom offering a twin over full bunk bed with ample closet space. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with a full size bath off the hallway.
Head upstairs where you will find the loft, this space offers a full size futon. The master suite has a three quarter bath with a walk in shower, the huge bedroom offers a king bed, a flat screen TV and a walk-in closet.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.
No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
Please dispose off your trash in the green dumpster located in Destination Big Bear's parking lot, near the east entrance. The address is: 713, Stocker Road, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315.
Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
