You'll be in the heart of the old village of Nice, just a few metres from the famous Cours Saleya and the sea. You will discover the exceptional charm of Nice and its old town.

On the second floor of a typical old Nice building (no lifts because it's a historic building), you'll be just 3 minutes from the famous Cours Saleya and the sea.
Located close to Place Rossetti (the central square in old Nice), you will also be 200 m from the famous Cours Saleya and the sea, and 30 seconds from the tramway, Nice gardens and Place Masséna (the city's main square).
You can do everything on foot, wander the typical streets of old Nice and sample the local flavours.

Before your arrival :
the accommodation is completely disinfected with powerful products purchased and used for this purpose (bactericides and virucides as you can see in our photos) to provide you with maximum safety and allow you to enjoy your stay with us in complete peace of mind.
All surfaces have been disinfected (handles, remote controls, furniture, hoovers, switches, handrails, household appliances, keys, bins, etc.).
Our maintenance team is equipped with masks and gloves.
All linen and textiles are washed at 60° and installed after complete disinfection of the flat: sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats, etc.
We leave a period of time between each reservation to air out the flat.
when handing over the keys, you will be required to follow the barrier procedures: wash your hands, wear a mask, be at least 1 metre away from each other, and use transparent plexiglass to ensure calm communication.
For your peace of mind: we will give you a tube of hydoalcoholic gel and we will provide you with new washable masks so that you can reuse them if you wish.

When you leave:

You can leave your keys in the flat or in the letterbox.
(We would simply ask you to leave all the windows open when you leave to allow the air to circulate and to slam the flat door behind you).
