The loft bedroom is clearly described and shown in the listing, including in the photographs. All check-in instructions, including photographs and precise directions to the key box, were also provided before arrival. Key boxes are a very common and convenient self-check-in system. The bed was prepared with a proper duvet cover, not a top sheet used as a fitted sheet. The air conditioning was functioning perfectly; had you contacted us during your stay, we would have been happy to explain the settings to ensure the loft was cooled to your preference. Finally, I’m sorry the property does not have a private parking space, as indicated in the announce, so we regret any misunderstanding on this point. At check-in, you also confirmed to us that everything was good, so we were sorry not to hear about any difficulties during your stay, as we would have been very happy to assist.
