The villa is located at 61 Avenue des Pattes Rouges VILLA 42 PLACE DE PARKING 77, Sérignan. Please be aware that smoking is allowed on the property. Security deposit required

• A security deposit will be required including for Airbnb guests via a bank card pre-authorisation from 300 EUR to 1500 EUR depending on the property

• You will receive a message 2 days before arrival to complete online check-in

• This is when you will register your bank card for the deposit

• If the deposit cannot be secured, we will not be able to hand over access to the property"
