As you enter this welcoming home, you are greeted by a wonderful open-concept floor plan with plenty of space for get togethers with family and friends.

The kitchen boasts lots of cabinet space, an eat-in breakfast bar and stainless steel appliances.

The main living room opens directly out to the screen-enclosed heated pool and spacious brick paver patio.

As you venture upstairs, you will discover a large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom that includes a tub and separate shower stall.

There are 3 additional bedrooms with plenty of space for everyone.

The downstairs games room is wonderful for keeping the kids and adults entertained.

Only 15 minutes to Disney World!

Perfect Family Home

This is our second time renting this home! The house is extremely clean. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe! The house is well stocked with towels and the kitchen is well stocked too! There is only one thing I would do differently. If the temps are lower, I would see if I could pay to have the pool heat turned on 2 days prior. I would 100% gladly pay extra to get the pool warmer faster!Thanks again for a wonderful stay! Our family had such a wonderful family vacation and this home was a huge part of that!

Our 2025 trip

This house is a gem. Very comfortable. Spacious living room, pretty clean. This house was comfortable for a family ranging of toddler to elderly. It's in a gated community so be expected to have rules , so no parking on the street, driveway is only big enough for two cars .. so if you have a friend or family member come visit they will have to park about 8/10 houses down and walk to the house .. besides two door handles that legit fell off in our hands , running toilets and the ridiculous amount of carpet in the house...I really can't complain! We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house to slthe next!

This is a gem!

This place was so amazing! Overall cleanliness was impeccable. I was very impressed. The kitchen was stocked very well for dishes and appliances. The only bummer was no working can opener and a few more pan choices would be great. The pool was AMAZING! The temperature was great. Enough chairs and loungers for everyone. A bonus was being able to see little lizards climbing up the outside of the screen. So cute. The beds. My bed was so comfortable. Most places these days have rock hard beds and you need to go to the chiropractor when you return from vacation. But not this place. I was able to sleep comfortably. Another incredible tidbit was the amount of towels supplied. Seriously a huge plus. There was so many! The neighborhood. Now I am not sure how many homes in the gated community were rentals or permanent residents. But I have to say. It is such a quiet area and peaceful. We plan to be back in the future! Thank you for helping our vacation to be incredible!

Amazing Property!

We go to Florida every year and this is the best place we've ever stopped at. The location was perfect for all the Disney attractions, the gated community was lovely and quiet and the house was gorgeous. Impeccably clean, finished to a high standard and great pool for our family of 5. We also loved the valet trash collection (so we didn't need to remember the collection days). We had a slight problem with the sink, which was fixed immediately - the host was excellent and we had nothing to complain about. We went at the end of March and first week in April and the pool was a good temperature when heated during the day. It started to get cold around 3pm which was a little earlier than we expected, even though we knew the weather could affect it (we thought it'd run warm until 5pm when we were told it was set to and then start cooling, but at 3pm we could feel the jets were no longer pushing warm water through, so we couldn't go in the pool after a day at the parks). We would definitely stop here again if it's available.
