The property is situated in the lovely Glenbrook Resort Community, which has a clubhouse with an indoor gym, outdoor pool, volleyball, and tennis courts located just 8 miles away from Disney.

Entering your modern vacation home you immediately feel the open, light, floor plan design with views of the living room, dining room, kitchen area, and your private pool with lanai. The living area has comfortable seating for all the family and a wonderful view over the pool area.
The game Room includes Hockey table, Pool table, and foosball.

The 4 bedrooms are configured with the following beds.
Bedroom 1 - King bed with ensuite - pool view - TV
Bedroom 2 - King bed with ensuite - TV
Bedroom 3 - Bunk bed with full bed on the bottom - sleeps 3 - shared bathroom - TV

The home is situated in a fantastic location with easy access to Highway 192 and Interstate 4, which is the main corridor through Central Florida to access all the theme parks and coasts.

Located just 8 miles away from Disney and other major attractions including Louisa State Park, local fresh produce farms, and various shopping locations a few miles away. You also have a wide selection of restaurants and shops of your choosing within a proximity.
The Orlando International Airport is 30 minutes by car.

The Resort
Glenbrook Resort boasts a range of amenities, perfect for days to recover from walking the parks! These include a clubhouse with an indoor gym, outdoor pool, volleyball and tennis courts, and a game room. There is a media room with a TV, wireless Internet, plus computers and printers for guests to use free of charge.

The villa is well equipped, and you should find most things you would need including:

The house was super clean and the pool was good for the size of the property. Nice quiet neighbourhood. The host was always available and responded quickly when contacted. The property manager was super helpful too. I would have liked some basic cleaning products to be available as none were provided (dishwasher tablets, sink cleaner, trash bags etc) and no basic condiments either. If you’ll be cooking, you’ll need to buy them. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Let me start by saying the house was absolutely gorgeous and we loved the very spacious interior as well as it's design. Now I will go over a list of pros and cons.Pros:1. Very spacious2. Very clean3. 2 King size beds that were extremely comfy!4. Provided linens were wonderful!5. Community was peaceful6. Property close to places we wanted to visit.7. Showers were very spacious and having independent bathrooms for all bedrooms was amazing!Cons:1. Shower head in one of the bathrooms was leaking due to being to loose and many of the holes were plugged with water residue.2. Overhead lights in one of the bedrooms did not work properly due to being out of power3. House was advertised as having a HEATED POOL however when we messaged about it we were informed that it was an extra charge which was not stated as being so in the property information.Overall our stay was wonderful! A good nights sleep and fun was had for all. Would recommend to others!

This place is nicer in person, one of the nicest, cleanest places we have stayed at. No issues at all. Quiet neighborhood just outside all the craziness of the theme parks, but close enough to be there under 40 minutes. We enjoyed every aspect of this place, and hope to be back again.

Great stay!!

It was a great house with many amenities! The house was exactly as listed. We appreciated the cleanliness and easy and prompt communication with the property manager. When we had a concern about the AC, the manager and owner both communicated with us and had it serviced and fixed as soon as possible, which is the absolute best you can hope for when staying in someone else’s home. It was about 20 minutes from Disney properties and 45 minutes from Universal. Easy commutes, other than the park traffic. The pool and game room were great for the kids. We loved our stay here!

Excellent stay

My daughter and I stayed at this property recently. It was exactly as advertised, even better. The host was extremely responsive, the property manager was friendly and kind. We arrived well before check in however were able to relax by the pool until the house was ready for us. The pool was great, house immaculate, game room super cool, and everything we could possibly need was provided. Highly recommend this property. I’d love to go back with a bigger group :)

About 25-35 min away from most Disney parks and about 40 from Universal. Nice quiet neighborhood. Very clean. Great communication with property managers. Would definitely stay again.

This was our second stay at the house. It was ideal for our month stay. The house is spacious, well-appointed for both short and long stays, and was spotless upon our arrival. The house is located in the welcoming Glenbrook community. Both Nancy and Gurjeet were attentive to our needs. Nancy frequently checked with us during our stay and was quick to answer our questions and address any concern (even in person when needed). The heated pool is a plus. Clermont is a desirable area which still has some "country-ish" feel, yet so close to the Disney parks.We enjoyed our time in both the area and the house and we are planning to return next winter.

Holiday trip with friends

The house was clean and spacious. 3.5 bathrooms was very convenient for 7 people,including 3 teenage girls. Pool was nice. The location is convenient for a lot of different activities. If I were to offer suggestions for improvement, the sheets were very hot and the couches were not ideal for a large group to watch tv.
