The Space:
Enjoy a peaceful stay in this magnificent, completely renovated apartment, ideally located in the heart of the Marais! Perfectly furnished, it can accommodate up to four travelers.

âą One bedroom: equipped with a queen-size bed (160 Ă 200 cm) with new and extremely comfortable bedding, ceiling fan and built-in storage.
âą A bathroom: includes a modern shower and toilet, as well as a hairdryer, soap, washing machine and shampoo.
Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.
âą A fully equipped open kitchen: microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in: From 3:00 PM.
Early Check-in: If you wish to arrive before 3:00 PM, confirmation will be provided 24 hours in advance, and additional fees equivalent to 50% of a nightâs rate may apply.
Check-out: No later than 11:00 AM. Requests for early arrivals or late departures will be confirmed 24 hours in advance, with applicable fees clearly communicated.
Late Check-out: If you wish to extend your stay beyond 11:00 AM, it will be confirmed 24 hours prior and may incur fees of 50% of a nightâs rate.
Security Deposit:
Amount: âŹ250, payable online by credit card only via SWIKLY.
The refund will be processed from 21 business days after departure, subject to no damages being reported.

Key Management policy
Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.
Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.
Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): âŹ80 fee.
Lost keys: âŹ80 fee + cost of key replacement.
Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement â ranging from âŹ100 to âŹ2500, depending on the lock type.
Unauthorized Late Check-out: âŹ90.
Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: âŹ450.
Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Respect the neighborsâ peace and quiet. Noise disturbances may result in deductions from the security deposit.

Avoid any illegal activities, such as unauthorized reproduction or distribution of copyrighted works.
No access to websites prohibited under French and European legislation.
In case of internet issues related to telecom providers, no compensation will be granted.
Professional Use and Photography:
Photo shoots, filming, business meetings, or commercial use are not allowed without prior approval. Please contact us for specific rates and authorizations.
Booking Conditions:
Minimum age requirement: 21 years old.
Minors or guests under 21 are only allowed if accompanied by an adult who meets this age requirement.
Otherwise, access will be denied, and no refund will be provided.
