Been here before. Still wonderful.

Love everything about this place. The view was unbeatable, it's nicely furnished, the kitchen is better equipped than our own, closet full of water toys, and everything works the way it's supposed to.

Great accommodations but could use a sun shade on Lanai. Not host's fault but the BBQ grill is old and needs replacing.

Great place with great views

Breakfast on the lanai every morning was fabulous. AC made sleeping at night cool and comfortable. Only concern was how easily a burner could be turned on when leaning against the stove to make coffee, reach across the counter, etc. Happened several times during our stay.

Excellent property!Needed some time to calm my mind and the balcony with the awesome view, and the ocean sounds were exactly what the doctor ordered.This is also very close to many restaurants and shops. So highly convenient as well.

Condo has a beautiful balcony, which was really the highlight. This is an older building, which was noticeable in some areas. The portable air conditioning worked well, but the installation allowed a lot of outside sounds. Perfectly located for walks into town to go to restaurants and shops. Had wonderful views of sunsets and surfing.

Great vacation

Such a great find! Will definitely try to request this unit If I ever visit Kona. Spacious for 2 guests, clean, all amenities plus extra! Surprisingly quiet, stayed during spring break. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful corner condo

Enjoyed our stay! Loved the ocean view! The indoor and outdoor furniture were very comfortable. Perfect for a couple or small family. The air conditioner worked fantastic! I would definitely stay again, and highly recommend it.

The lanai makes this place!

We love this complex as it makes Kailua town totally walkable. While this unit is comparable to others, having the wrap around lanai so beautifully furnished had us sitting out there all day--morning coffee, conversations, reading, and watching the fabulous sunsets!

Great spot close to restaurants, shops, harbour to swim

Amenities offered were great. We did not take advantage of them. Simple travellers and just went to the ocean to swim everyday.

Anniversary Getaway

My husband and I celebrated our 40th anniversary on the Big Island. This place was wonderful. The views!!! Oh my goodness. We watched sunset every night from the deck. We could easily walk into town to the ABC store, the Farmer's Market each morning for fresh pineapple, mango, bananas, etc. and lots of food choices. It was very quiet and the parking is covered and convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful View

Great place for a couple. Our condo had the best location, on the top floor and at the corner with amazing views of the ocean. The kitchen had everything we needed. The interior design was pleasant and clean.

Amazing condo! You have to stay here!!

I was so thoroughly immediately impressed with this condo as soon as I opened the door. What unbelievable views!!!! From the lanai off of the living room and from the bedroom windows! Honestly, as soon as you open the front door, the view takes your breath away. They did a phenomenal job on the remodel. Everything you need. and more is provided. High quality beach items are available. The pool area has breathtaking views and the pool is extremely clean. I will definitely stay here again and I've already recommended this condo to family and friends.

Spectacular views

Condo was great. The views and sound of the waves crashing was amazing and just what my soul needed. The beach towels, cooler, chairs and boogie boards were awesome. Cindi was clean and and in good working condition. We loved the the location. I’d definitely stay here again!

Absolutely stunning location directly on the ocean. Your very own tide pool reef full of tropical fish at your feet. Short walk into town cafes, restaurants, and bars. Fantastic sunset every evening from the balcony.
