Willkommen in Ihrem wunderschön eingerichteten hawaiianischen Refugium mit Blick auf den Pazifik, so weit das Auge reicht. Diese Eigentumswohnung auf der zweiten Etage im beliebten Kona Reef-Komplex verfügt über zusätzliche Fenster, durch die Sie die spektakuläre Kulisse aus Küche, Wohnzimmer und Veranda genießen können.

Das Kona Reef F11 ist hell und luftig und mit Upgrades wie Granitoberflächen, hochwertigen Schränken sowie Fliesen- und Holzlaminatböden ausgestattet. Es verfügt außerdem über eine Klimaanlage, kabelloses Highspeed-Internet, Kabel, eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Die einladende Schlafzimmersuite bietet einen eigenen Fernseher, einen Deckenventilator und Blick auf die Berge sowie ein Vollbad mit einer ebenerdigen Glasdusche mit einem Flusssteinboden. Die Unterkunft verfügt auch über eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Sitzgelegenheiten in der Bar sowie einen geräumigen und komfortablen Wohn- und Essbereich.

Das Wohnzimmer im Kona Reef F11 führt zu einer privaten Veranda, in der Sie Ihren Morgenkaffee genießen, ein gemütliches Mittagessen genießen oder ein Abendessen im Freien genießen können, während Sie auf das Meer blicken. Great location

We loved our stay, the location was great to walk into town. Great restaurants close by to sit and relax by the ocean. The condo was clean and met our needs for the long weekend. We had a rental car to go explore the island during the day, but enjoyed walking into town for dinner and drinks in the evenings.

Great place for everything. You can walk to just about anywhere.

Well spent a lot of time in the room. We both caught really bad colds. Still did some things. If we ever come back we’re renting this condo again. Thank you for letting us use your place.

Great location

This place was great! Super walkable to restaurants, shops and bars. We spent most of our days exploring the island, returning “home”, and then walking over to get dinner, drinks, or anything we realized we needed from the convenient store. Condo was super clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfy, ac was lovely, and the washer and dryer were very convenient. Watching the sun go down just feet from the ocean on the loungers on the grass was so relaxing, and the jacuzzi and pool were a nice luxury before calling it a night. Would definitely book again, miss it already so much!

Excellent Location

The property's location is excellent. It's within walking distance from the shops yet far enough away to not be caught up in all the commotion. It's also right next to a little beach. The communication with the management was excellent. They were very accommodating and provided a nice welcome basket. The check-in process was also very easy. The only knock is the cleanliness could have been.a bit better.

Beautiful View

The ocean view was really spectacular and the condo was very clean. There is some significant road noise from Ali’i drive, especially in the bedroom. Parking was convenient and there is an elevator nearby.

Great condo!

We stayed at Kona Reef F11 for a week and it was perfect. The condo has everything you might need. The bed is comfortable and the A/C in the living room and bedroom works great! The view from the lanai is awesome and we spent every morning out there with our coffee. We will definitely be back!

Nice condo with a GREAT view

Condo was excellent and the listing description was accurate. The ocean view from the Lanai is incredible. Only comment is that something needs to be done with the vacant property on the north side of the complex. The specific unit is a bit difficult to locate oinitially

This is near the heart of Kona, but far enough away from the main crowd and noise. Walk 10 minutes, is better than driving. Washer/dryer was a plus.

We enjoyed our stay Kona Reef. The air conditioner was not working when we checked-in but the management company was very helpful and had it replaced the next day. The location to the downtown was great: only a ten minute walk to many restaurants and shops and we used the beach chairs to visit many close by beaches. We would definitely stay there again!

Breathe taking view

The view every morning was absolutely amazing. The kitchen and bathroom was updated and nice. It would have been nice to have had an air conditioner in the bedroom, but everything else was great. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. The pool was always nice at the end of the day.

Loved the condo and the property. Perfect location to enjoy Kona. There is no on site manager for this unit. Just use the pass code, at the time your contract states. Property is clean. Next to a nice beach. Kona town is an easy stroll.

Great condo

Great condo very accurate to pictures. The bedroom is near the road and I am a light sleeper and woke early to garbage trucks and early morning traffic. Other than that the location was great. Beach next to property, pool was nice, restaurants and shopping witching a short walk. Would definitely return.

Beautiful!

The space was just as pictured except for the view. No picture could do that justice. It’s just too beautiful. You will have to see for yourself. Getting up in the morning and watching the surfers play in the waves was amazing! Very short walk to the town but far enough away to be quiet. Overall this was a magical stay in beautiful Hawaii. We will be back!

Exceptional location!

We loved our stay at Kona Reef Condos! The location was excellent with a short walk to coffee and dinner in the morning, and the beach around the corner. This unit in particular has exceptional views and really enjoyed sitting on the lanai drinking wine and watching the boogie-boarders while the sun set. The unit is a bit dated but comfortable and had everything we needed. We used the kitchen to cook breakfast each morning and enjoyed eating out on the lanai. The bed was comfortable and the AC and fan were a lifesaver to keep us cool while we slept. The unit has various beach chairs, snorkle gear, umbrella and cooler. The umbrella was a life-saver when we went to Hanapa Beach for the day. The cooler was a bit small and "well used" (has lost the zelcro to stay closed) but kept our snacks cold while we traveled the island. We attempted to use the fins to swim at Honl Beach next door (which is quite rocky and water shoes would be good to use), but the back strap was broken. The condo was easy to find, easy to access, and we had no issues during our stay. It was a big bonus to have the washer/dryer in unit (as compared to staying at a hotel). Oh, and the pool is also a really nice bonus! All in all, really enjoyed our stay!

Nice condo, beautiful view

The condo was clean and well-maintained. The view was overlooking the pool and of the ocean beyond. We even saw a whale breach from the lanai! Parking was available on site. The unit is near the street and rubbish/recycling bins. Early in the morning the sounds could be a bit loud but the disturbance was generally brief. Overall, a nice unit, great view, good lication

Great Kona location

Good location within 10 minute walk of Kona. Nice pool right on the ocean. Good view of sunset every night. All the gas grills were replaced while we were there which was nice. Property mgrs were responsive when we needed a repair. Negatives: No overhead light over dining table. The table and chairs are very low as to make them almost unusable for a 6 foot person. We ate dinner on the Lanai every night which is ok. No overhead fan or light in living room which many other units in Kona Reef have. Very low water pressure in the shower.

less then expected for the cost

Sliding glass door I could not open and my husband got caught in it using such force caused a bad cut to his arm. Coffee machine made just a big mess, toaster you have to hold down to toast. The communication was not clear, we went to try to check in early but did not realize that "the office personal" could not help us so we waited around for hours for someone to see if we could check in early. We ended up buying our own toilet paper - what was supplied was not up to even a 3 star experience.
