Ocean Overlook II has been completely upgraded, updated and fully equipped. The kitchen has been redesigned and includes: new quartz countertops, all new fingerprint stainless steel appliances, a four foot custom coffee bar that can double as additional dining space for two, over 60 square feet of a custom subway ceramic tile design defines the coffee bar and kitchen area, floating shelving, along with a fully equipped kitchen that offers a variety of equipment for cooking and baking, such as: crock-pot, Ninja blender, waffle makers, etc. Your designated four foot coffee bar area has also been designed for your enjoyment and includes: a drip coffee maker, K-Elite (Keurig machine for brewing coffees/teas/espressos), a robust bean grinder, a Capresso that will perfect a latte, cappuccino, or shot of espresso, an Aeroccino (milk frother) for topping those perfect lattes and cappuccinos, an electric kettle to make teas and pour overs even easier, and an Aeropress for anyone desiring to take their coffee skills to the next level…coffee supplies are not provided by owner.

Your great room has been fully furnished with: a dining table that seats two and doubles as a work space for anyone needing to complete work remotely, additional dining space can be utilized at the coffee bar as it doubles for additional dining for two, a couch that converts to a queen size bed, windows and doors slide open to ensure you create the perfect ocean breeze, a Samsung 65” 4K UHD HDR TV (which includes cable & Netflix access), and a 52” high-end ceiling fan for a true entertainment experience!

Your master bedroom has also been equipped with: a Samsung 65” 4K UHD HDR TV (which includes cable), a 52” high-end ceiling fan, closet space with hanging racks, night stands, a ten foot custom tiled accent wall from floor to ceiling, a custom hand woven bed frame and matching dresser with six drawers for storage, a TEMPER-Pedic king size mattress to ensure ultra comfort and personal pleasure, and additional closet storage.

The bathroom has been redesigned with a custom shower that was handmade in California that includes: a two foot rainfall shower head, a two foot waterfall shower head, six body jets, a regular shower head, and a handheld body wand. The shower systems can work independently or all at the same time...even though our home is equipped with a fifty gallon hot water heater, if you use the entire shower system at one time (all ten shower heads) the length of time that hot water is available could be reduced. The shower was installed for users to be able to turn on the water without getting wet so it can be the perfect temperature before shower entry. The niche has even been extended over two feet and the shower ends are solid slabs of quartz! The vanity is 48" and has been topped with a matching solid slab of quartz from the shower. The vanity lighting was ordered from a speciality lighting store just outside of Atlanta and the mirror lights up to provide additional lighting (if needed) and allows for bluetooth connectivity if you desire to listen to music will in the bathroom.

Fast, free & secure wi-fi is included for everyone staying with you in your vacation home. When it’s time to shut the technology off, a library of board games are accessible.

Our 5-star cleaning service will prepare your vacation home and provide you with a starter kit that includes: fresh linens, fresh towels for four people, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
