Villamare is an oceanfront complex located in prestigious Palmetto Dunes Resort Community. Steps away from the beach, Cala Rossa is an incredible home for families and couples alike. This home has recently been completely renovated and will is a totally NEW unit. We hope you enjoy our new home!

Upgrades to the home include:
Completely updated kitchen with open concept, island bar, wine fridge, full size refrigerator, and all new applicances.

Spa-like master with King size bed with new mattress, balcony access, and giant walk-in shower. Bedroom includes 55" smart TV
Full size laundry room.
Private 2nd bath with luxury shower.
Guest room includes two queen-sized beds and access to 2nd balcony. Bedroom includes 55" smart TV.

Large living space with view of the ocean. Freshly painted and all new furnishings. Features a queen-size sofa bed, club chairs to enjoy the ocean view, 65" smart TV, and a host of games.

The amenity-filled resort of Palmetto Dunes has something for everyone. Tennis, Pickleball, Biking, and miles of walking trails. There is an intricate 11-mile lagoon system for kayaking and three world-class golf courses on the property.

This fantastic vacation home, located in the Villamare Community, offers indoor facilities including a large pool, hot tub, sauna, and workout space. The outdoor scene cannot be beat with easy private beach access, large ocean front, slat-water pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, grilling area, and numerous spots to watch the sunrise or sunset.

We have recently completed a major pool renovation project! More space, better views, a fire pit, and a beautiful Serenity pool.

Great vacation!!

My family and I had a wonderful time! Villamare was clean convenient, and close to the beach. Cala Rossa was so nice. It was very accessible to the beach and pool. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Julie was a great host and was very responsive. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing place!

The unit was recently renovated, and well maintained, with a great layout and furnishings compared to other units at the property. Located in the building closest to the beach, it was an easy walk to the pool or beach. The host was amazingly responsive whenever I had a question, and I wholeheartedly recommend this unit for anyone looking to book a place at Hilton Head. Amazing stay!!

Great condo!

We’ve stayed in Palmetto dunes several times and the first time at this condo and in Villamare. The renovations to the property came out great! The bathrooms were amazing. The condo does have an ocean view even though its slights set back. Villamare has very nice grounds to walk around and plenty of seating areas. We’d definitely stay here again!

Fantastic updates and the best location

The apartment is beautifully updated. They have missed no amenities that you have at home. The location is awesome. We did not need to rent a car. We walked to restaurants, shopping, and, most importantly - the beach!

Excellent location

This condo could not have been better situated. We had a view of the ocean, we were steps from the pool and the beach, and the property itself was very nice. This was our first time staying in Palmetto Dunes, we usually stay closer to Coligny. We loved the area and found lots of fun things to do. The condo itself was very nice and very clean. It would have been a great addition to have a book that gave some information about the property and locations of things, plus the stove was a bit challenging to figure out. The bathrooms could also use toilet paper holders and hand towel holders. The hosts were very nice and extremely responsive when we ran into small issues. Overall our stay was wonderful and we had a great time.

Beautiful beach view condo!’

Such a beautiful, renovated, comfortable condo! Check in was easy and the luggage carts and elevator’s made moving in&out very convenient. Everything from the stocked kitchen, plush towels, gorgeous tiled showers to the throw blankets and bedding, was quality and first class. The beds were so comfortable. We all slept so well and started our days rested. I enjoyed drinking my coffee from the living-room while looking out to the beach. The entire condo is so athletically pleasing! We enjoyed using some of the boogie boards and toddler pool floaters from the shared item box located by the parking. We made lifetime memories together during our stay! Thank you for responding so quickly to the couple questions we had.:) We definitely hope to stay again!
