Alles was Sie brauchen, sind Ihre Flip Flops und Kcups, um unsere komfortabel eingerichtete, voll ausgestattete Wohnung am wunderschönen Folly Field Beach zu genießen! Früher im Resort vermietet. Diese mit Gold bewertete Einheit mit Meerblick ist ihr Verlust und Ihr Gewinn! Das AR116 im Gebäude A der Admirals Row bietet einen Königinmeister mit eigenem Bad, zwei Einzelbetten im zweiten Schlafzimmer, ein Queensize-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer, kostenloses, sicheres WLAN und ein kostenfreies Telefon für Ortsgespräche. Wir sind der Meinung, dass unsere Strandvilla für eine Gruppe von vier Personen am besten geeignet ist, aber eine Gruppe von sechs Personen aufnehmen wird.

Die Küche wurde kürzlich mit Quarzküchen, Schränken und Backsplash umgestaltet. Extras beinhalten; ein langsamer Kocher, ein glatter Herd und eine FlexBrew-Kaffeemaschine.
Der Speisesaal mit Butler-Speisekammer bietet bequem Platz für sechs Personen.
Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einem 50-Zoll-Smart-TV und einem DVD-Player ausgestattet. Vergessen Sie nicht, Ihr Netflix-Passwort mitzubringen.
Beide Vollbäder sind mit Badewanne / Dusche ausgestattet.
Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über einen 32-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher. Schlafzimmer Nr. 2 verfügt über einen 22-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher mit DVD.
Die Wohnung befindet sich auf der Nordseite des Admirals Row Building A. Unser 25'X5'-Deck bietet Platz für sechs Personen und verfügt über zwei Bistrotische. Es bietet unseren Gästen einen Blick auf das Meer, morgendliche Sonnenaufgänge und ausreichend Schatten am Nachmittag. Für Ihre Bequemlichkeit haben wir alle Bettwäsche und Handtücher für Ihre Verwendung in der Wohnung geliefert. Sie müssen Ihre eigenen Strandtücher mitbringen. Wir haben für Sie gesorgt: Gesellschaftsspiele, DVDs, Bücher, zwei Liegestühle, einen Sonnenschirm, eine Stranddecke, Strandspielzeug und einen Strandwagen. Zwei Münzwaschmaschinen stehen im Gebäude zur Verfügung.

Das Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort ist ein gepflegtes, familienfreundliches Gated Resort mit 24-Stunden-Sicherheitsdienst.
Es bietet 10 beleuchtete Tennisplätze (kostenlos für die Gäste), einen Pro-Shop und vor Ort einen Tennis-Pro. Wir haben Hilton Heads größten Süßwasserpool am Meer mit einem Kinderbecken. Es gibt einen zweiten Pool in der Admirals Row. Bringen Sie Ihre Fahrräder mit oder mieten Sie sie vor Ort. Im gesamten Resort gibt es Fahrradständer und auf der Insel gibt es über 100 Meilen von goldbewerteten Fahrradwegen. Wander- / Radwege beginnen am Eingang des Resorts. From the moment I booked till check out it was the smoothest process ever! The owner provided all information for check-in as well as directions and a detailed binder in the property. We thoroughly enjoyed this clean and updated property. The host Frank was very welcoming and provided great tips on eating out, driving directions and checking into the resort. The property was steps from the beach, and the resort maintained the outside property very well. We rented bikes from the resort, and we got pizza from the resort bar and grill, which was good. Overall I would recommend this property to a small family or couple looking for a nice place to visit Hilton Head and bike the island and eat at many of the nice restaurants on the north end.

The condo was very convenient to the beach and had all the beach essentials that we needed. It is possibly one the cleanest and most comfortable condos that we have stayed in at HHI Beach and Tennis Resort. Frank, the host was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions that we had before we arrived.

Good morning, I’m glad you enjoyed your vacation! It’s is nice to get a very positive review from someone who can compare their experiences at HHIB&T. I can’t take credit for the great location, but I’m happy we get to share our first floor, almost on the beach location, with our guests. I can’t say enough good things about our cleaning service, once you find a good one, you treat them like gold! Comfort is something we share in common. I think it helps that we call the condo home for five months a year. You will always be welcome at AR116.

I’m glad you enjoyed your vacation and the condo (per your email), but am sorry you expected more of a view of the ocean. Trust me, if we had a great view of the ocean, we would advertise it! If this is a priority, please consider booking a unit on at least the second floor and preferably in the “A” building. What we do offer is “A” building first floor convenience, a very short walk to the beach, no waiting for the elevator and no climbing stairs. As our photographs show, we do have a pleasant view from the balcony, including a peek at the ocean.

This condo was such a pleasant place to stay. Very convenient distances to shopping and restaurants, not to mention the proximity to the beach. It was very clean, one of the cleanest I've ever stayed in, and had every detail thought through, including beach supplies for our toddler. You can hear some noise from front doors shutting in other condos around it, but the two light sleepers in the family didn't have much issue with it. Overall it was a peaceful place and we'd stay there again.

Thank you for your review. The resort is tucked away from all the busyness the island can generate, but is still within a short drive of shopping and for some of the best restaurants on the island. I'm glad you enjoyed our first floor convince, closeness to the beach and the beach accessories. I will pass on your compliments to our cleaning company. Unfortunately, the neighboring door noise is something that we too occasionally have to tolerate.

This is condo is as described. Clean, newly renovated everything in working order. The owner was easy to work with and communicated excellent. The location was great. Walk to the beach and Admirals pool. The resort had security guards which I liked. The ac worked great and there were cleaning supplies for us. Also beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. We did not frequent the restaurants. Would stay again.

Excellent stay

Excellent location- short walk to the beach and pool. Nice and quiet resort with tennis/pickleball courts and restaurants on site.

I’m glad you appreciated our location. You just can’t beat that short walk to the beach and the Admirals Row pool. I was fortunate to have grown up with a family summer property, but it came with a very long walk to the beach. So, thank my parents for a lesson well learned.

Thank you for your for your review. We are glad you enjoyed your stay. The condo are small (940 sq ft). They are the largest condos at HHIBTR. We do have as much of an ocean view as can be expected from a first floor location. Due to the dunes it is not a beach view, just an ocean view. We purposely gave up a better view to enjoy the convenience of first floor living (no waiting for the elevator, no walking up and down stairs when the elevator breaks down). The pictures we supply accurately let the renter know exactly what the view will be.

Stay in Hilton Head

We had a great time at Frank's place in Hilton Head. The location 1 minute away from the beach was very convenient, especially having young children.

Thank you for your review. I'm glad you enjoyed the condo, but were disappointed with the view from the balcony. The pictures in our listing accurately show the views from the balcony. Due to our first floor location we are unable to provide a full beach view. There is a trade off between first floor convenience and getting a more panoramic view from a higher floor.

We are retired and now live the snowbird life! We come to Hilton Head in November and leave in April. Our “summer home” is our boat. We love to travel and are fortunate to have children located on both coasts.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! The condo is almost on the beach with first floor convenience. In addition to this, it is a very comfortable, well maintained, clean unit, situated away from the major foot traffic. Hilton Head Island has wonderful amenities without loosing the islands laid back feel. We hope you enjoy our retreat!
