Located in Portes-en-Ré, in a preserved natural environment, the Grand Marchais villa opens its doors to you for a unique experience combining modernity, elegance, and authenticity. Expanded in 2024, this exceptional residence elegantly blends the charm of exposed stones with high-end amenities, offering an ideal setting for rejuvenation.

Upon your arrival, you will be charmed by its 8 spacious bedrooms, capable of accommodating up to 18 people. The villa consists of multiple living spaces, including a main house, an annex, an outbuilding, and a studio dedicated to service staff if needed. Three fully equipped kitchens, including a summer kitchen with an outdoor dining area, will allow you to share convivial moments with complete freedom.

Located on a closed plot of 6,500 m², with no overlooking neighbors, the villa offers direct access to the beach via a small private path. Enjoy an unobstructed sea view, especially from the elevated terrace by the sea, ideal for savoring an unforgettable sunset. The heated outdoor swimming pool, its pool house, and its petanque court promise privileged moments of relaxation.

- 12 adult bicycles (with assistance throughout the island if needed - children's and electric bikes available as an extra)

The end-of-stay cleaning is included and mandatory in the final rate and includes an optional intermediate cleaning: you have nothing to do before leaving, except enjoy until the last moment. ✨
