Die neu renovierte, voll ausgestattete Küche verfügt über neue Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl, darunter ein Flachbildschirmherd, eine Mikrowelle, ein Kühlschrank mit Eismaschine und ein Geschirrspüler. Es ist eine große 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer Wohnung mit neuem Teppich, Fliesen und Farbe! Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Schlafsofa, einen Flachbild-TV und einen DVD-Player mit Glasschiebetüren zum Balkon. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank, einen Waschtisch und einen Ankleidebereich mit großen, sonnigen Fenstern. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten, einen Flachbildfernseher und ein Pack & Play. Die Waschküche hat eine neue Waschmaschine und einen neuen Trockner.

Wir bieten alles, was Sie für den Strand benötigen, einschließlich Sonnenschirmen, Strandtüchern, Spielzeug und Stühlen. Auf dem hoteleigenen Platz können Sie auch Tennisschläger spielen.

Very nice stay. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Host communicated well. Saw a Space X launch from the balcony. Close to Lori Wilson Park. Some construction going on nearby, but didn’t really notice it when in the unit or on the balcony. Would definitely come back!

Beautiful condo with a spectacular view of the ocean. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture & bed, ample room to stretch out and relax. Very clean condo and pool area. Very close to restaurants and attractions in the area. Also has free parking for guests. Loved the owners who were very personable and quick to answer our questions. Will definitely be back.

We very much enjoyed ours stay in this beautiful unit! The beautiful sunrises (that never get old) to the amazing rocket launches from the balcony or a stroll out on the beach. We also enjoyed an air show with the Blue Angels. It had all the amenities that we needed from beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys (if you have littles) and beach towels. The kitchen is very well stocked if you want to enjoy cooking a meal in. The location is perfect, far enough away from the busiest places on the beach. There are many restaurants to choose from that are not that far away. Make sure you go to Cape Canaveral to watch the cruise ships and enjoy the peacocks on the way. The owners were more than accommodating with all of our questions and needs. Very easy to email them and get a quick response. The only complaint according to my husband was the bed was not the most comfortable and mine would be the fitted sheets never stayed on but it definitely would not keep us away. After vacationing for over 20 years in Florida, we bought this condo at Sandcastles in Cocoa Beach. It is the closest beach to the Orlando area and has so much to offer. This condo allows you to stay beachfront and enjoy the pool while only being about an hour from Disney and other attractions at Orlando. It is also near Port Canaveral, Ron Jon's Surf Shop, downtown Cocoa Village, the Brevard County Zoo, casino cruises, the Kennedy Space Center and many other attractions. You will fall in love with this town and this condo as we did!

This property has some great amenities including the convenience of a fully equipped renovated kitchen and baths along with a new washer and dryer( so pack lightly). It also has a pack and play if you are travelling with small children like we do! We also provide tennis rackets to play on a private court located on the condo grounds. In addition, we provide everything you may need for the beach including chairs, umbrella, beach towels and toys.
