Die neu renovierte, voll ausgestattete Küche verfügt über neue Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl, darunter ein Flachbildschirmherd, eine Mikrowelle, ein Kühlschrank mit Eismaschine und ein Geschirrspüler. Es ist eine große 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer Wohnung mit neuem Teppich, Fliesen und Farbe! Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Schlafsofa, einen Flachbild-TV und einen DVD-Player mit Glasschiebetüren zum Balkon. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank, einen Waschtisch und einen Ankleidebereich mit großen, sonnigen Fenstern. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten, einen Flachbildfernseher und ein Pack & Play. Die Waschküche hat eine neue Waschmaschine und einen neuen Trockner.

We had a wonderful stay! Felt home away from home, was the perfect place for our family, a beautiful view, loved having the pool and hot tub! It was awesome having beach towels, a couple beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, boogie boards. Parking was great. Pat and Barbara were wonderful hosts, communication was great. We are definitely looking forward to our next trip back :)

The owners take great pride in keeping their property fully equipped so you can start enjoying the beach as soon as you arrive. We have never rented a condo with so many personal amenities making it a breeze for those that fly. It's a beautiful condo with a gorgeous view. Both Barbara and Pat are wonderful hosts. They make you feel like personal guests rather than just customers. Definitely looking forward to a return trip.

This is by far my favorite condo I’ve stayed in! I’ve stayed in this complex before and have always enjoyed it—the property is well kept and the atmosphere is always wonderful.This unit was especially nice. The host provided extra amenities that I don’t usually find in vacation rentals, like dish soap and plastic bags, and the kitchen had absolutely everything I needed. The condo was beautifully and tastefully decorated, very clean, and comfortable.Communication with the host was easy, and they were incredibly kind and accommodating. Overall, this is a wonderful property with a wonderful host, and I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Sandcastle Condo in Cocoa Beach was absolutely wonderful! The condo was spotless, beautifully maintained, and stocked with plenty of towels and linens which made our stay so comfortable.The highlight was definitely sitting on the balcony each morning watching the most breathtaking sunrise over the ocean. Very nice stay. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Host communicated well. Saw a Space X launch from the balcony. Close to Lori Wilson Park. Some construction going on nearby, but didn’t really notice it when in the unit or on the balcony. Would definitely come back!

After vacationing for over 20 years in Florida, we bought this condo at Sandcastles in Cocoa Beach. It is the closest beach to the Orlando area and has so much to offer. This condo allows you to stay beachfront and enjoy the pool while only being about an hour from Disney and other attractions at Orlando. It is also near Port Canaveral, Ron Jon's Surf Shop, downtown Cocoa Village, the Brevard County Zoo, casino cruises, the Kennedy Space Center and many other attractions. This property has some great amenities including the convenience of a fully equipped renovated kitchen and baths along with a new washer and dryer( so pack lightly). It also has a pack and play if you are travelling with small children like we do! We also provide tennis rackets to play on a private court located on the condo grounds. In addition, we provide everything you may need for the beach including chairs, umbrella, beach towels and toys.
