Right on the beach. Nice comfortable home with lots of room. I was thinking this was right outside the lifeguard station but the life guard is about 4 building down. Still in walking distance if you want to be by the life guard

This condo was perfect for our stay at Cocoa Beach. The ocean view was incredible and the location was convenient to restaurants. The owner was very communicative to ensure our stay was a great experience.

Everything you could need in a vacation property. Oceanfront view, spacious balcony for enjoying the sunrise. Kitchen has all you need to prepare meals, bedrooms are comfortable, water pressure in bathrooms is great. Love the living room with its comfy couches and built-in recliners. Note that there are no lounge/umbrella rentals on the beach immediately in front of this condo, but the owner provides an umbrella, beach chairs, even boogie boards and beach toys for the kids. The owner alerted us to an upcoming rocket launch that we could observe from the beach. Overall a very pleasant stay and we will definitely keep this rental on our list for future trips!

We were very, very pleased with the property. It was clean everything we needed was included. The location of the property was exactly how it was presented. Tony gave us a great ideas of different things we can do and we will definitely be back to stay at the condo.

We loved the wonderful expansive view from the outdoor balcony, and enjoyed the beautiful sunrises each morning! The condo was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We particularly enjoyed how easy it was to get to the beach. It was just a trip down the elevator and straight to the entrance gate to the beach. The weather was perfect our entire stay and it was a great vacation!

Beautiful Ocean front view. Easy beach access. The heated pool was amazing and it was great having a hot tub to relax in the evening! Awesome property and a great vacation spot! We had a great time!

We would recommend this property and were very pleased with the description, communications, cleanleness, ocean view, sound of the waves and a bonus rocket launch. We found no issues with this property and would stay again.

FANTASTIC view of the beach and ocean! The condo it’s set was very spacious and had everything you could think of needing. I did notice a musty or dirty smell in the air but once we aired the condo out a little bit it went away.

The king size bed is not comfortable, has a hole in the middle and needs replaced, the living room recliners are however comfortable. The view is pretty and the kitchen is nice and well stocked although the Keurig coffee maker had stuff floating in it and Needs replaced or thoroughly cleaned. This was inconvenient because we had to go out and get coffee every morning. We did not use the other bedroom so not sure how the twin beds are. The elevator is miserable, hot and no ventilation and the shopping cart to carry your items up and down is not classy and should be upgraded. The pool is nice and it’s a short walk to the beach.
