Very nice place with nice courtyard over looking a pooll and beautiful ocean views. Everything was well stocked and laid out. The only two things i highly suggest are black out curtains in all of the rooms instead of just one, and bath mats in the two bathrooms.

Florida with Grand’ma

We spent a week at Spanish Main unit 52 as a 3-Generations party, and the purpose of the trip was to take Grand’ma to Disney for her 80th birthday. We had a wonderful time during our stay. We were looking specifically for a 3-bedroom condo to accommodate 5 adults (i.e. Grand’ma, Mom, Dad, and two kids aged 21 and 23). We have appreciated very much the comfort of the condo, the cleanliness of all the resort and the convenience of the location.

The place is as advertised with nice space n well furnished n comfortable beds n well equipped kitchen . Managers were fantastic with their prompt response . Only negative was one of the toilets was iffy often requiring plunging after use . Managers sent a plumber right away but required new toilet that the owner decided to forego as it was still functional. Other than that , location was great with ocean just few steps away, with all the restaurants n shops nearby n Disney only an hour away . If not for the toilet problem , it would have been 5 stars for sure

Spanish Main Condo at Cocoa Beach

The condo was clean and roomy. It was the perfect size for the 5 of us. We enjoyed the spacious rooms and the balcony. Access to the pool and beach was very convenient, and we were glad to have beach/pool items provided. We have only two complaints: The bedrooms weren’t very cool at night. There were only two fans, so we let our kids use them. Also, the hall bathroom toilet didn’t flush well and kept getting clogged. After plunging it multiple times a day, we ended up just using the master bathroom toilet, which wasn’t ideal. The property manager was helpful and sent a plumber twice, but the issue wasn’t resolved. The master bathroom toilet also clogged several times, but we were able to plunge it. It usually took two flushes to empty the bowl. Needless to say, I didn’t enjoy plunging the toilets so many times during my vacation! Toilets aren’t expensive, and both toilets need to be replaced!

The unit was very clean and perfect for our 6-person group. The provided beach chairs and umbrella were great to have and enhanced our experience. The pool area was nice and the beach was great (except for the seaweed that had been stirred up by storm - completely outside of anyone's control).The Spanish Main itself is a bit on the older side, but definitely functional (and I overheard workers talking about planned improvements). The location is great and walkable to a lot of restaurants, bars and conveniences.
