Wonderful!!! Would stay here again!!

Great 1st floor location with ocean views from patio. Super quiet complex with easy reserved parking. Last minute booking, went super smoothly. Sabrina was very responsive to any questions we had. Would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful spot

Cute, well equipped condo just steps from the pool and beach. Close to grocery store and a variety of restaurants. Place was very clean and owner was easy to reach. Quiet spot and located on the first floor. Can even see the ocean from master bedroom window. Will be going back!

Great Location, Great Place

Property is perfectly located near businesses. Beach access is within property. Pool was nice, water was hot the first day, but perfect the rest of the trip. Rooms were a little warm while living room was cold due to trying to cool rooms down. Ice maker in freezer did not work. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Ocean View

We were here for the races and enjoyed the stay at this property. It had a very nice angled ocean view! The pool was just a few steps off the patio and just a few more steps and you are on the beach! There are already beach chairs and umbrella there, which was a nice plus. Our flight was changed and we contacted Sabrina to see if a late check out was possible. She responded quickly to our request and saved us several hours of sitting at the airport! Thank you again!!

Great condo

This condo is very nice. We enjoyed our stay and would rent this unit again. The only thing we didn’t like was the kitchen cookware and utensils. We found these were not cleaned very well and had to wash everything we used before cooking with it. I feel this might be an issue with the dishwasher. We found it confusing when trying to put the dishes on the normal wash cycle. I think people may be putting the dishes on rinse only which would explain why the dishes and utensils were unclean. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Old condominium building that needs refreshing

The condo we stayed in was satisfactory but is clearly in need of updating. We received information about how to access the condo from the host person whose name was Sabrina. She gave us information about accessing a lockbox. We followed the instructions but had considerable difficulty accessing the box after dialing in the code. We emailed the host but she never responded. We finally were able to access the box and got the key. After the frustration of trying to access the condo, we found the condo to be satisfactory. However, there are several issues to mention. First, the windows are very dirty. The sliding door to the small patio was particular dirty. This glass door faces towards the ocean and gets plenty of wind and salt spray. I am not certain when it was last cleaned. Second, the appliances are in bad need of updating; this includes the frig, stove, and dishwater. The frig had access to water and ice on the door. When we used the water, the water was foamy and had a bad taste. I tried to find the water filter but was unsuccessful even after going online and watching a Youtube video. We did not drink the water. The provided towels, etc were satisfactory. The TV cable situation was not great. The TV in the master bedroom did not work. The wifi was substandard with frequent buffering when using a laptop or tablet. The TV in the living room had 3 separate boxes which was odd. We did not do any cooking. I have more but ran out of characters.

Hi Joseph I am sorry you had such bad experience, unfortunately I did not receive any emails from you, neither I found any texts on the Vrbo portal, this is the reason why I actually checked on you the day after your check in asking how was everything going, I text through the VRBO portal and I had no response at all from you. I also text after your check out to see how things had gone but again I had no response. I am not sure where you sent your emails but definitely no to me. Also we had very bad weather here the last few weeks and as you mentioned the condo s windows are exposed to wind, and ocean spray, we cleaned them but it is very hard to keep them spotless when the weather is bad. I agree that we might need to change the fridge and this is in plan for the end of this year. I don’t think we deserve a 2 stars but we cannot please everyone. I hope you will come back again in the future and you will give us the chance to make this right. We appreciated your feedback. Thank you

Perfect Beach Getaway!

Our experience with this property was superb! Being able to literally walk right out to the pool and beachfront was EXACTLY what we were looking for in our vacation. The apartment was delightful as well and equipped with everything to make us comfortable. We had our 3-year-old daughter with us as well and she loved everything. It was adequate for each one of us. We'll definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay tremendously! The unit was very clean and well kept. We had no issues whatsoever. The owner was wonderful to work with and the check in and check out policy was easy.
