We just finished our two week stay in Ormond Beach. The unit we stayed in was immaculate and very comfortable. We really enjoyed the beautiful view of the ocean and enjoyed long walks on the beach. The location was perfect for our stay. We played lots of golf and ate at some fantastic restaurants near by. Sabrina, the host, was awesome. She responded immediately to us if we had any questions. Great location!

We stayed three weeks on this quiet stretch of no driving beach - the weather was perfect for us! The condo is as described - clean, comfortable with lots of kitchen amenities. Great size for a couple!

Wonderful place, peace and quiet.

This was our 2nd stay at this property and it was beautiful, very clean and comfortable. We used the kitchen daily and they had everything we needed to cook and enjoy all the comforts of home. Direct beach access is awesome and the pool is great as well. No issues and can’t wait to stay for our 3rd time.

Beautiful view of Ocean and pool from a fairly decent size balcony

We had a wonderful week at this perfectly decorated condo with just about all the amenities you would need. Very clean and spacious for 2 to 4 people.Little issues with Wi-Fi sign in but other than that it was great.

Tranquil and convenient

This little gem of a condo is close to everything! Nice master space, large open living room with a nice view of the ocean. Very quiet. It felt like old Florida along A1A and wasn't too crowded, lots of local food places and interesting sites. We loved exploring the area and then coming back to such a comfortable home base.

Nice unit with a view

This condo was nice and had a great balcony with a view of the ocean. It’s not brand new and modern but it’s well maintained and comfortable. We equipped with all the options you need to show up and stay. The building was a bit older but didn’t bother me. Pool is nice just wish they had more umbrellas for the loungers. Quiet community to rest after a long day in the sun

Thanksgiving Get Away

Was okay but property had some storm damage. Unit met our needs but did have issues with the restroom sink, partially stopped up, very slow to drain properly. The shower did leak some at the bottom seal. Water to the complex was shut down for awhile due to a damaged line.

Everything we needed

Condo was eqipped wirh everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation. Carts were available to get luggage to our unit easily. Unit had everything we needed in the kitchen. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony which overlooked the lovely pool. The area was quiet and we felt safe. King size bed ws comfy, but I would have liked a few more pillows. Condo was super clean and check in was easy. We really enjoyed our week here and would definitely recommend. Many good dining options within a few miles. We liked Mario's , River Grille on the Tomoka, and Dustin's BBQ. Saw 2 rocket lauches from the beach too! Fun and relaxing vacation!

Clean and Quiet

We booked this stay to be closer to family and absolutely loved the location and condo! The condo was very clean and has everything you need, including beach chairs! Check-in was super easy and everyone on the property was very friendly! The area is very quiet but super close to plenty of restaurants and shops, which we liked. It was plenty of space for our little family of 3! We will definitely be returning!
