Dieses atemberaubende Anwesen direkt am Strand liegt nur 20 Minuten vom Daytona Speedway und 90 Minuten von den Attraktionen von Orlando und Disney entfernt. Das Gerät verfügt über zwei gut ausgestattete Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und Kabel-TV mit Panoramablick auf das Meer.

Öffnen Sie die Glasschiebetüren zu den sanften Meeresbrisen, die Sie nachts einschlafen lassen oder auf den Balkon treten und den Mondaufgang über dem Meer beobachten. Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist mit einer Badewanne und einem besonders großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank ausgestattet.

Das 2. Schlafzimmer ist in einem nautischen Thema eingerichtet. Es ist mit zwei Doppelbetten ausgestattet. Es hat einen extra großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank mit einem Zustellbett für einen zusätzlichen Gast.

Für beide Schlafzimmer wird zusätzliche Bettwäsche bereitgestellt. Für die beiden Badezimmer sind ausreichend Handtücher und Waschlappen vorhanden. Das zweite Badezimmer hat eine große begehbare Dusche.

Die umgebaute Küche ist wie zu Hause komplett ausgestattet und bietet Folgendes:
Mikrowelle, Backofen, Geschirrspüler und Kühl- / Gefrierschrank mit Eismaschine. Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Mixer, Töpfe / Pfannen und Geschirr etc. sind inklusive.

Esstisch für vier Personen zusätzlich gibt es eine Küchentheke mit 3 Barhockern für zusätzlichen Essplatz.

Das Wohnzimmer ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit einem Sofa, 3 Liegestühlen und einem Unterhaltungscenter mit Kabel-TV (Flachbildschirm) und DVD ausgestattet. Es verfügt über Glasschiebetüren, die auf den Balkon und den Meerblick zugreifen.

Einheit ist komfortabel eingerichtet und wurde kürzlich renoviert.
Es gibt Deckenventilatoren im Wohnbereich und beiden Schlafzimmern.

Beobachten Sie bequem vom Balkon aus die vorbeifliegenden Pelikane oder sitzen Sie auf den hohen Terrassenstühlen und beobachten Sie den Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer.

Sie können sogar einen Blick auf schwimmende Delfine oder in der Nähe nistende Meeresschildkröten erhaschen!

Zu Ihrer Bequemlichkeit befindet sich eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner in voller Größe direkt vor der Haustür in einem separaten verschlossenen Abstellraum, der nur für Ihren persönlichen Gebrauch bestimmt ist.
Das Gerät verfügt über Wi-Fi und Telefone mit kostenlosen Ferngesprächen in den USA und Kanada.

This is a awesome place to stay. We enjoyed our time. It is not a busy area which is the way me and family like. It is great for family time one on one. The owners are wonderful to deal with and very responsive.

We had a great time!

Owners were so nice. We had our own parking space in a lower level garage which was nice considering the heat. They have everything you need. It was very clean. Highly recommended.

Recent Ormond Beach visit

The condo is well equipped in the kitchen, as well as plenty of towels. Beds are comfortable air works great however it would have been nice to have smart TVs and a little bigger TVs in the bedrooms. We were able to sit and watch dolphins on the balcony.. the only downfall for us was the washer and dryer being outside of the unit a little inconvenient but other than that, we had a wonderful stay.

Perfect condo in a perfect location

The condo is very clean and exactly as advertised. Perfect location with beachfront access. It's a quick drive down to downtown Daytona. The sound of waves all day is awesome too. Owners also had a binder with take-out menus for restaurants, and they were very helpful when we asked about a specific place to eat! Definitely would stay again.

Beautiful ocean views

The condo was clean and comfortable, in a great location with beautiful ocean views. The owners attention to detail was amazing! The condo is equipped with just about anything you could need, including beach toys & chairs. My family enjoyed a wonderful vacation here and would definitely come back!

Great place !!!

Everything you need on vacation. The condo had all bases covered, everything you could need for comfort and to enjoy your stay. There is a Publix close. Great beach area ,and pool area. I can't wait to bring my family back again.

Lovely place!

The beach view was wonderful! The condo clean and comfortable. It is quite dated, but very clean. Everything you need is in the condo. Plenty of towels albeit they are a bit worn. Easy communication with the owner. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice Place and Location

We were in town for a death in the family. This place was as advertised. Very clean and spacious for my wife and I and two adult boys. The location is great with beach front and access to Ormond Beach, Flagler Beach (and Daytona if you want). Unit has everything you need. The best part is the sound of the waves crashing! Perfect

Ormond was the perfect place to start our summer vacation. The views were spectacular and the condo very comfortable. We had plenty of room to spread out on the beach as it was not overly crowded. Owner was quick to respond to my questions and greeted us at the door to show us around. Plenty of beach toys and chairs to use and the kitchen was well stocked. Thank you for sharing your place, we would definitely come back.

Perfect vacation

The condo is lovely and it was very clean upon arrival. Communication from our hosts was fantastic and they answered all our questions. We had everything we needed inside the condo for the beach and cooking for the week. There are grocery stores conveniently located and activities in the area. Please pay attention to signage in the common areas about rules and expectations. There are people who live there full time and I witnessed some residents aggressively call out guests for not following those rules. They are easy to follow.

Comfy, peaceful and clean!

We were staying in the area to attend a music festival and this unit fit us perfectly! The unit was a little piece of paradise for our stay. Good location, quiet and peaceful. The furniture was comfortable, the amenities were nice. There was everything we would need to go to the beach or pool. Our hosts were wonderful to work with and made us feel right at home. The only thing I would change is to have stayed longer. We hope this unit is available the next time we come to the area but would understand if it isn’t. Thank you for making our stay so nice! We hope to be back soon!

Lovely stay!

My friends and I take a trip every year together and had to make a change to our location due to COVID. We stayed in this lovely condo for a week and had a terrific time. The unit was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. Having our own laundry was very handy. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time on the balcony. We found the building to be quiet, clean, safe and anyone we met was very friendly. John the owner was extremely easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any of my questions.

Wow!

My family and I had a wonderful time! What a beautiful place, inside and out. So relaxing... lost all track of the days and time. The condo was quiet and comfortable. The view is fantastic; the one rainy afternoon we had there, we were able to enjoy a beautiful view of the storm from the balcony. Waking up to the sunrise over the ocean every morning was amazing, and falling asleep to the sound of the surf was entrancing. The staff and the local neighbors around the building were friendly, and pointed out the best spots to try around town. Terrific way to spend time together as a family. We will be back.

Dazzling But........

Positives,.....Dazzling view from the balcony, Yes it is Dazzling, King size bed, Extra Large two bedroom condo, Well-stocked kitchen, Washer and dryer, Underground parking, Manager available Monday through Friday, Condo located right on the beach, Publix half mile away. Now for the not so good,..... The condo was picked up, but not clean, we left it cleaner than when we arrived. (I would hire a new service) The kitchen has been newly renovated with countertops and cupboards, but still has an old refrigerator, the same one I have, that is 25 years old. The living room furniture is old & stained, I had to put a sheet on the couch to sit on it and chose not to sit on the other furniture, which was already covered. (Because Covers were dirty). TV cabinet is an old pressboard cabinet that the glass doors were removed. Bathrooms are dated, although it does look as though they were recently painted. Master bedroom has a king size mattress, that’s the good part, the mattress pad has multiple stains, (yes, I changed the sheets before I left and noticed this) and the carpet has multiple stains. To some it up,.....Some of this can be corrected from a new cleaning service, but some items need to be replaced. Lastly, ........ I was told multiple times by the owner and have received two emails from VRBO, saying my large deposit has been refunded. It has been 2 1/2 weeks since our trip and I have yet to see it. This is the first time we used VRBO and have to say, we are a little disappointed with the overall service.

Great family vacation

John & Linda are the most accommodating hosts. Their condo is clean, spacious with all the comforts of home. It was so nice to have beach chairs, beach towels and plenty of shower & hand towels available for use. The kitchen has everything you could need, including a coffee maker that features a carafe and single, k-cup pod. It is a family friendly environment, and I would go back in a heartbeat! Great Place to stay with Nice Views

This was not our first time staying at Ormond by the Sea but it was our first visit to the Van Lee. It was a very nice, quiet place located on the no-drive part of the beach. The closest life guard was about half a mile up. The pool was kept clean as well as the hallways. The room was fine. The views from the balcony were good. The guest bedroom had two full beds which was great. The master bath is a little outdated but we aren't at the beach to spend time in the room anyway. There were two elevators for fast service, plenty of carts to help you take your luggage and/or groceries to the room. Security is tight. You need a key to get into any door or gate. I tried to take the stairs up from the parking garage (you need a key to get into the stairwell). If you go to the pool, you need a key to get back into the building. Access to the beach also requires key entry to and from. I have to problem with safety but there were several times on the trip when the key wouldn't work and we had to walk around the building by beach access to get to the front door. Maintenance was pretty quick at getting it corrected each time. Overall, the stay was excellent and I would definitely return again.
