Chalet de Pépé comprises of two apartments (Chez Pépé 1 and Chez Pépé 2) over three floors, giving you the run of the entire building and making it ideal for a big group of friends or multiple families — you’ll feel as if you’ve taken up residence in your own personal boutique hotel.

Squirrelled away in the heart of Morzine the chalet offers you a gorgeous, light and modern space to enjoy a truly special mountain holiday, and yet it's just a two minute’s walk away from the Super Morzine lift, meaning you can be relaxing in your hot tub or XL sauna, before everyone else has even got on the ski bus.

From the sunny balconies and terrace which are the perfect spot for a relaxing drink as you take in the breath-taking mountain scenery, to the open-plan living spaces, which are kitted out with everything you could hope for, Chalet de Pépé has something for everyone.

When we say it’s in the centre of Morzine, we really mean it. Chalet de Pépé is a mere five-minute walk to the Pleney telecabine, giving you instant access to the Morzine / Les Gets ski area, and it’s even closer to the Super Morzine lift, which takes you to the heart of the Avoriaz ski area and the hundreds of kilometres of pistes of the Portes du Soleil. The chalet is a stone’s throw from Morzine’s excellent selection of shops, bakeries and restaurants, which makes popping out for milk or going out to get the morning croissants more of a pleasure than a chore. In fact, you could go an entire holiday without needing to take the bus.

Comfort-wise, Chalet de Pépé has everything you need; the downstairs apartment offers a spacious terrace with an outdoor jacuzzi and a great view of the mountains, while the upstairs apartment features an XL sauna to help you relieve those aches and pains after a big day on the slopes. The large dining area in the upstairs apartment can easily seat twenty people, and the two top-spec kitchens (a wine fridge, two Nespresso machines, two ovens AND two dishwashers!) mean that cooking will be a breeze, and you’ll be able to prepare a delicious dinner without everyone being on top of each other.

The downstairs apartment also boasts its own dining area, which is perfect for kids or teens who want to eat together without their parents around, while said parents can enjoy dinner together upstairs without having to worry about younger ones. Two living areas and two TVs complete with access to all your favourite streaming services, as well as an XBox One in each apartment, means everyone can enjoy their ideal evening in. Bed down with a film, have a video game session or enjoy a drink or two with your favourite music playing via the Marshall speakers – there’s something to suit everyone. Younger kids will love the mezzanine play area in the upstairs apartment, too.

Bedroom-wise, Chalet de Pépé has nine ensuite bedrooms and boasts a family suite comprising master bedroom, private bathroom and a bunk room. Save from one fixed double and the bunk beds, all the bedrooms can be configured as either two single beds or as king-sized doubles; perfect for families, perfect for friends, perfect for a mixture of the two.

To top it all off the chalet also includes a separate ski room complete with ski lockers, boot dryers, and washing and drying facilities, which is ideal for drying out wet kit after a big day in the mountains.
