The loft is located in one of the most lively "quartier" in Paris. On the 4 th floor (no lift), very sunny and quiet , it has one bedroom on the mezzanine (bed queen size) and another single bed downstair. It is available for 2/3 persons . There are lots of restaurants and movie theaters in the neighborhood . 15 mn walk from le Louvres , 10mn from Notre Dame .

Apartment was full of character, we really felt like locals. Location was fantastic... direct RER train-B from CDG airport, easy bus ride from Gare De Lyon station, direct RER train to Versailles. Very easy walk to major tourist sights and museums. Surrounding area has abundance of cafes and character but apartment was quiet overnight. Host was extremely helpful with info before our arrival and during our stay. Lovely to find there was a separate shower which was not evident from the photos. Would definately stay again ... hopefully we get to return to Paris.

Fantastic location, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped. The host was accommodating and easy to work with. The only downside was how tempting it was to stay in instead of exploring Paris!

The location was absolutely incredible and the host and the person who greeted us were so friendly. It was so nice to find a perfect place at such a great price, with hosts who were very patient with us as tourists. A charming apartment in the most ideal location! We loved our stay at Marie-Laure’s place, it was equipped with everything we needed and was very spacious for our family of three. The location was perfect, close to the metro and you could walk to all the major sights in Paris. Within a few minutes, you are on the Seine, perfect for a night time stroll. Thomas was also very welcoming and answered any questions we had during our stay. We truly enjoyed our first visit in Paris with this apartment as our base. We hope we can come back to Paris again soon and we would not hesitate to rent this apartment again.

We are beyond grateful to our host for her very kind, accommodating and gracious welcome. Our stay was so pleasant, memorable and comfortable. The apartment itself was just beautiful, eclectic and had everything we needed. The location was ideal for what we were hoping to see and experience in Paris, close to so many magnificent sites and museums but also located in very multifarious, charismatic, and interesting area. This loft is gorgeous, and very comfortable with everything you could possibly need. The location is brilliant too, although the stairs are quite challenging after a long day walking! If you are sleeping downstairs, I suggest you bring an eye mask, otherwise it’s just perfect.

Great location! Charming apartment.

The apartment in the Latin quarter had easy access to transportation, cafes and shops. Started each morning with a treat from the boulangerie across the street and a latte from Malango down the block. Thomas made us feel welcome and his communication was excellent.

Rustic Comfort in Latin Quarter

The perfect location for a stay in Paris. Close to almost everything you want to see. Plus shops and restaurants galore. We had a wonderful time. If I were a picky person I would say the apartment feels like a rustic lived in home not a modern rental at all but that gives it charm and we were satisfied Also the stairs to the loft are slippery in socks!!

Dear Nancy , people who choose to stay in the " Quartier Latin" usually it is because this area is full of history and they look for this charming atmosphere. If you prefer a modern rental I suggest that next time you choose a brand new building in an other "quartier" . I hope you had a nice trip back .

Lived like Parisiens for a few days

If you want to enjoy Paris like a local, then this apartment is your place! It was so much more comfortable and enjoyable than a hotel. We loved all the shops and cafes nearby in the neighborhood, as well as the easy walking and public transportation access to the rest of the city.

Amazing location

Stayed here on my honeymoon. The apartment was fantastic, very comfortable, HUGE for Paris, and in an amazing location. A couple blocks from the Siene, right across from the Louvre, couldn't be more convenient. Loved in unit washing machine, made our long trip much easier. The host was communicative and easy to get in touch with. Loved the in unit washing machine. Thank you again for the perfect stay!

Amazing location, quaint Parisian apartment

This apartment felt like a true Parisian experience! Right in the heart of everything, easy access to a major metro station, a great little bakery right across the street for your morning croissant and baguette. The space was comfortable for me and my two kids, well equipped and great internet. Be aware of the 83 stairs from the street up to the 4th floor apartment…great for working off all the cheese and crepes. And a few more quirky windy stairs up to the sleeping loft - they were no issue for us, but just something to be aware of. We had a great time and would definitely stay there again.
