Open up the sliding glass doors to the screened lanai to enjoy the breeze in the living and dining areas, which both have a view of the new sandy beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The updated kitchen has lots of storage, granite counter-tops and a pass-thru to the dining area. There is a Queen bed in the master bedroom, and 2 twin beds (with a trundle) in the guest room; TV's in both bedrooms. Bathrooms have been updated: the master bathroom has a walk-in shower; the guest bath has a tub/shower combination. No need to take laundry elsewhere as there is a full-size washer/dryer in unit. Free Wi-Fi and cable TV provided.

The La Coquina condo complex provides the private sandy beach, a heated community swimming pool, a seating area overlooking the beach, a laundry room on the ground floor, and parking under the building.
