Welcome to Turtle Bay Condos Unit 2A! This 2 bed/1 bath lower unit offers views of Lemon Bay, the heated pool, and tropical surroundings. Enjoy deeded beach access just across the street, a private screened lanai with outdoor dining, full kitchen, in-unit laundry, and open living space. Relax in the heated pool or fish from the dock. Bring your boat and reserve a slip (with fee). Pets welcome with approval and fee. Walk to dining and shops on North Beach Rd. House Rules Applies to All Paradise Breeze Vacation Rentals – Florida
By booking and occupying this property, you agree to comply with the following House Rules. Failure to comply may result in additional fees, loss of deposit, or termination of the reservation without refund.
Occupancy Only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight. Maximum occupancy limits must be followed at all times. Exceeding occupancy or misrepresentation of guest count may result in immediate termination without refund.
Minimum Age & Age-Restricted Communities The primary renter must be at least 18 years old. Some properties are located in HOA-governed or age-restricted communities, including 55+ communities. This property is beautifully remodeled and exceptionally well-located. On one side, it overlooks Lemon Bay where I was lucky enough to spot two manatees one morning and just across the street, approximately 1,500 feet away near the boardwalk Condo, is convenient access to the beach.The beds were very comfortable, and our family especially enjoyed the screened-in patio with a view of the pool. It was a lovely spot to enjoy dinner in the evenings. A quick note for summer visitors: the weather gets extremely hot, and the pool can feel more like a hot tub during the day. I highly recommend starting your outdoor activities early and bringing plenty of sunscreen.Both the sunrises and sunsets were breathtaking. The host thoughtfully provides everything you need for a beach day, including chairs and an umbrella, which made our experience even more enjoyable. She even left a bag of snacks my kids enjoyed and a bottle of water.Shannon, the host, was outstanding -- professional, responsive, and attentive to all of our questions.We would absolutely stay here again.
