This is a great location far enough from the busiest area but close enough if you want to go. Great amenities, we enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards as well as all of the things we needed for beach days.

This was an excellent condo on the sound side of the Gulf. The Gulf was only a short walk away. The hosts stocked the garage with plenty of beach toys, bikes, yard games, kayaks (2), and paddle boards (2) for us to enjoy so no need to bring any of those along on your trip. The the check-in process was easy, the condo was super clean, and we enjoyed our stay.

Everything was pretty ok! - location is PERFECT and garage has tons of helpful stuff for a great beach day. Parking was a breeze and neighbors friendly. Stayed for 5-nights so a little (just a little) more dishwasher tabs, garbage bags would have saved us an awkward conversation with front-desk (after spending a couple thousand on the rental). We just couldn't justify us having to head back to the store to buy a 40-pack of tabs & bags. The front desk told us to "remember to bring extra next time" -hard to do when flying from Seattle.

Love this place!

This townhouse checks all the boxes! It is clean, comfortable, beautiful and in a great location. We were lucky enough to have amazing weather all week, and we made use of the kayaks that this rental provided. Despite being a very busy week on the beach, these townhomes were quiet and parking wasn't a problem. Loved our stay and can't wait to come again!

Great Getaway!

The property is beautiful and SO close to the beach, literally across the street. We will definitely be back! The property is well cleaned and maintained and all the furnishings were well in order. The only thing that put a damper on our stay was the neighbor on the end was blaring music at all times of the night, however other than this it was wonderful!!

Great property

Great property perfect for a week at the beach with my sister and nephew. Clean, updated, and completely stocked with more than we needed. Pride of ownership very apparent. Love the location, convenient beach access right across the street, bay side deck/living and water access, and two sided garage. Thank you for the second fridge in the garage and use of your kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, and grill. On our way home we called and booked another week at the end of the summer.

Hi Amy, Thank you for taking time to post your review. We're so glad you had a great stay in this beautiful property! We really appreciate your feedback as well. We are a very transparent company and want all of our guests to be prepared when they arrive so we send out an email about what we provide and what we suggest you bring with you. We provide an initial supply of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc but it's only meant to get you through a day or two until you can replenish with what you'll need for your stay; however, we are upgrading our arrival supplies next year. We don't provide beach towels and that was also mentioned in the email we sent you. It sounds like that may have been missed. We sent it on July 31st when you made your reservation. We are working on better ways to get that information to our guests as well. In the past when we provided beach towels the guests would inevitably pack them in their suitcases by accident and we would have to purchase new beach towels for every property and every reservation and it just wasn't feasible. It's an industry standard to not really supply those anymore or full supplies of paper towels, toilet paper, etc for an entire stay. All of that being said, we hope these things will not detour you from staying with us in the future. We really appreciate your business and hope we get the chance to welcome you back! We got married right across the road on the beach in October 2025, and spent our honeymoon in this home! The staff at Paradise Beach Homes are so accommodating and friendly! I can’t say enough good things about them. Back to the house... I don’t just say this because it’s where we got married; the place is spectacular!! Between the paddle boards, kayaks, bikes, lawn games, beach toys, etc. that are available to you in the home, the beautiful Little Sabine Bay right in your back yard, and the beach across the street... what more do you need?! And of course the interior is lovely as well! Natural lighting galore!! It’s our absolute favorite spot. I can only hope that we can continue vacationing here and maybe one day bring along a little family with us. 💙

Wonderful beach house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Thanks for sharing the beach home with us. We had a wonderful time. The house is neat and clean with everything you need especially with all the extra such as chairs and umbrellas for the beach. One night we got to use the grill for burgers and sat around on the balcony to watch people coming and going on the bay. I would return again when I go to Pensacola. Thank you much.
