Dieses brandneue Haus mit Soundfront verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer, 3, 5 Badezimmer und bietet Platz für bis zu 13 Personen.

337 Panferio Drive wird professionell von Paradise Beach Homes verwaltet.

Genießen Sie die schöne Aussicht auf den Santa Rosa Sound und den großzügigen Bonusraum auf der oberen Etage. Die Hauptebene des Hauses hat eine offene Grundriss von Wohnbereich, Essbereich und Küche mit Zugang zum Sound Frontdeck. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer auf der Ostseite des Hauses - eines mit einem Queensize-Bett und Zugang zum Deck und das andere mit einem Queensize-Bett und einem Doppelbett. Diese zwei Schlafzimmer teilen sich ein Badezimmer. Die anderen beiden Schlafzimmer befinden sich auf der Westseite des Hauses - der Meister verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, ein eigenes Bad und Zugang zum Deck. Das andere hat drei Einzelbetten und nutzt das zweite Bad in der Halle. Gehen Sie die Wendeltreppe hinauf zum Bonusraum, der über ein Etagenbett, ein Halbbad und bequeme Stühle verfügt.

Der Golf von Mexiko ist nur ein paar Blocks über die Insel. Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und das Nachtleben sind nur wenige Schritte von diesem wundervollen Zuhause entfernt.

House is great, right on the water, good location, close to local restaurants and bars. Knocked a star off for not having beach towels or other accessories. Seems like they use that as a monetization opportunity and want to rent to you. I’ve never stayed somewhere like that. Thankfully we had local friends and borrowed several things from them.

Great waterfront home with wonderful amenities. Very conveniently located to restaurants and the beach. We were able to walk to dinner (about a mile) and just a 3 minute walk across street to beach. The dock is very nice and my boys loved fishing from it. Overall a very quiet street and a relaxing vacation spot. House is overall very comfortable, well laid out and kitchen is well equipped for meals at home. HighlyRecommend!

Great place!

Family of 6 really enjoyed the property! We swam right off the shoreline and fished off the dock everyday! We hope to return again next year!

We stayed at this property for the second time for a week. Great location, great for large families. We had some fridge issues that was handled well by management bring extra coolers and ice if yiu lots of liquids

It's beautiful, well maintained with a well stocked kitchen. Our favorite time is morning coffee on the huge deck watching our grandkids playing in the water. I can't think of one improvement that needs to be made. Paradise Beach rentals is very friendly and responsive.

We had a wonderful time in this home! Everything was pretty much as described with a few exceptions! The master bedroom is in desperate need of a new mattress!! Overall though, it’s perfect for families. The bay was a big hit with us all. We would stay here again!! The staff at Paradise Beach Homes are top notch!!!

Well stocked kitchen, lots of dishes, flatware, pots and pans and small appliances. Nicely decorated with plenty of beds and bathrooms for our family of ten. The only problem we had was getting the oven to work properly.

We loved floating out back and fishing from the pier. The beach was only a 5 minute walk. That particular area of beach was crowds at all! We are definitely planning on staying again.

It was close enough to walk to places to eat and drink but far enough away to not hear traffic noise. The deck is extra big which is great for enjoying the water view. Clean house. Had an issue with not being able to lock a door but rental agency had that fixed within short order. House could use wine glasses and we didn’t find the beds to be very comfortable but everything else was good.
