Diese 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder GULF FRONT bei Sabine Yacht Club kommt bald!

Die Eigentümer ersetzen Ende Februar 2020 die Sofas im Wohnzimmer durch einen großen Schnitt. 

Innen enthalten: Diese Wohnung verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine und Trockner, Liegestühle, Strandtücher und Starter-Annehmlichkeiten.

Wir lieben Sabine sehr - die Aussicht ist genauso spektakulär und absolut ruhig.   Der Strand ist gleich gegenüber. Auf dem Rückweg können Sie am Hauseingang eine Dusche abspülen.

Sabine ist 0, 9 Meilen von der Pensacola Beach Boardwalk zum Einkaufen und Restaurants. Nutzen Sie die Tennisplätze oder den Grill- / Loungebereich auf dem Grundstück, während Sie dort sind. 

Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit, ein Seeschiff in die Bucht zu setzen und Ihren Trailer zu verankern oder zu parken.

Just right!

Property was as described and just right for our group. Kitchen well stocked and there was a great view. We did have a small mechanical problem during our stay, but the management company responded quickly and worked diligently towards a resolution. I would stay here again!

Great location! Short walk to the beach and we even walked to dinner a couple of nights. This condo was perfect for our family vacation and the check-in was super convenient! We will definitely be back!

Awesome ocean view condo

First time in Pensacola and loved it. We loved the condo building location, the actual condo, and the view. Full balcony overlooking the ocean on the 10th floor. The building was very quiet and clean. We did not use the pool because the weather was chilly but the area was well maintained and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and the condo was very clean and up to date. We had all the utensils, plates, pans, and coffee makers we needed. Can’t wait to rent again! Thank you Beach Bum!!

Our stay was just perfect! The view was heavenly! The place & view looked exactly as pictured on vrbo! Check-in so easy! Exceptional response from staff in regards to small issue we had with the bathroom sink. Maintenance was there in less than 30 minutes from the text sent! Beach right across street! Perfect location for a family to stay. Quiet & relaxing! Even got to see the blue angels homecoming & practice day! Our only wish was that the pool was heated. Would definitely recommend & go back! Thanks for a perfect week😊

Stunning place.

My first reaction when I walked in was a small gasp at the view!! The condo was awesome. It was everything I hope it would be. My only quirk and it’s a tiny one, is to have to pay to do laundry. I thought it was free in light of the rate and it wasn’t mentioned otherwise. AGAIN, a very small inconvenience to run back up for change. I would absolutely stay here again. Loved loved loved it!!!

Inaccurate Description

The condo was very clean. The view is nice. Beds are comfortable. The negative: NO washer and dryer in the unit as advertised. NO direct beach access, even though I inquired prior to booking and was told there was access due to an easement across the street. Very few towels provided and you have to PAY to wash them in the laundromat on the ground floor. If you like to walk 1/4 mile to access the beach and pay to wash your laundry, you might like this place.

Beautiful views from every room were truly picture perfect. The unit is spacious and beds are very comfortable. Does show some signs of age—most noticeable in bathroom showers, which could use some updating. While we were assured they were of no structural concern, there is a large diagonal crack in the primary bedroom ceiling and additional hairline cracks in the ceilings of second bedroom and living area which could be a bother to some. Cannot say enough about the exceptional service provided by the BB team. Kaylin was knowledgeable, helpful and very kind and responsive to all inquiries and arranged for Denise and Jordan to resolve a minor issue promptly and thoroughly. We enjoyed the swimming pool which was clean and well maintained like the rest of the common areas. Overall good value for location and would rent from BB Luxury Vacation Rentals again.

10 day stay unobstructed gulf view Pensacola Florida

Had a vacation with family this was the first time we used VRBO and was very pleased. The home was stocked with all needed items. The description of the property was spot on. Amazing place, view and location!!!

The unit was beautiful and great. Has everything you need in it. Just like the photos. Amazing view overlooking the gulf. 1 minute walk to the beach. Quarter mile to the boardwalk. What else do you need? They checked in on us on our stay and made sure everything was in order and if we needed anything. Great service and hospitality. Will definitely try and stay there again.

Good spot for a family stay

While not on the beach the view is still perfect and beach access is just across the street. The pool is on the north side of the building so it rarely sees sunlight and you can't see the beach. With no sun the water was very cold and even the kids didn't dare swim in it. Making check in after 4pm was a pain if you are driving in from far away like us. We got in earlier than expected and tried killing time until we got in. Then we needed to unpack, get groceries, get something to eat and settle in after having been in the car 16 hours. Nothing but good things to say about our condo though. It was clean, well equipped, and spacious enough for our family of 4 but could have had a couple more people and been fine. Large balcony provides ocean views from every room. Kids really enjoyed the bunk beds, we didn't need both beds in the master so we used the extra bed for clothes. Seemed to be just families and condo owners around so very family friendly. The pier and most of the dining and shopping are a bit of a walk so we just drove. There was easy access to free parking so it wasn't an issue. Overall I would recommend this unit.

Nice, but noisy

Just a warning to upcoming travelers. They are doing renovations to the other units on this floor. It gets noisy around lunch, and the maintenance staff have no help to offer. Just wish that someone would have told me before we booked the trip; trying to lay an infant down for a nap while your neighbor is jack-hammering is not easy. Also, the access to the beach is NOT across the street, it is located down the road at the public beach. Other than that, the place was nice.
