Hi there — thanks for staying with us and for the detailed feedback. I’m sorry your stay had those issues; that’s not the standard we aim for. I’ve passed everything on to our operations and housekeeping teams and here’s what we’re doing right away: - Game joystick: we are working to find the correct joy stick replacement. - Grill: housekeeping will deep-clean and check the charcoal tray before the next guests. - Silverware/knives: we ordered more cutlery for the home! - Refrigerator shelf: maintenance is scheduled to repair or replace it. - Lights: we’re doing a full bulb/fixture check and will fix any non-working lights. Sorry you didn’t get prompt resolution while you were here — we should have handled that faster. Thanks again for calling these out; your notes help us improve. Hope you’ll consider staying again so we can make it right.
