Welcome to Mars Hill Haven! We’re Chris and Wendy—along with our two kids and our Mini Goldendoodle—and we’re so excited to share our cozy mountain retreat with you.

The mountains have always meant something special to us. Growing up, I spent weekends at my grandparents’ cabin here, and those memories became the heartbeat of this home. When their cabin was sold, I dreamed of creating a place where my own family—and now yours—could experience that same mountain magic.

Tucked into the Blue Ridge Mountains near Asheville, Mars Hill Haven is designed with comfort and adventure in mind. Each of our three king bedrooms has a unique theme—skiing, hiking, and canoeing—bringing the mountain spirit indoors. The bunk room is perfect for kids or the young-at-heart, and the open living space features plush leather seating, a fireplace, and big windows with stunning views.

Step outside to enjoy morning coffee on the deck, soak in the hot tub under the stars, or challenge your crew to a game night with our premium shuffleboard and arcade games. Whether you're hitting the slopes at nearby Hatley Pointe, hiking the Appalachian Trail, or just enjoying a relaxing getaway, this home is the perfect base camp.
