This place was fantastic. Location would be hard to beat. Amazing views. All of the equipment and convenience you need for a long weekend (or longer!) at the beach. Online description was very accurate. We’ll be returning!

Wonderful place!

Very clean, beautifully decorated, great view from the observation deck, lots of beach accessories to enjoy. We enjoyed all the local restaurants and shark tooth hunting. We would like to stay here again.

Family vacation

The property is beautiful, clean and offers everything you need to make a beach vacation fun. We absolutely loved the beach and kayaking around Lemon Bay!

Quiet spot

Great place to stay with plenty to do. Beach access was only a few houses down the street and the rooftop balcony was a great place to enjoy the sunsets as well

It's so hard to capture how wonderful the views are in pictures. It's more a 3D experience when on site. Sitting on the top deck with your favorite beverage in hand, listening to the surf , looking over The Gulf of Mexico, smelling the salt air, and watching pelicans fly by at eye height as the sun sets, is when you realize this is very special spot on Manasota Key. The break I needed

Great location, fabulous accommodations, and truly the break I needed! We could not have asked for more; everything was meticulously clean and comfortable, and the proximity to Stump Pass Beach State Park as well as the pickup spot for Stumpy's Free Ride service just couldn't be beat.

Great property

Well appointed, up to date, two bedroom, one bath, unit with all the amenities for a short or long stay. Short walk to the beach. Observation deck is great for sunset.

Great 2nd time stay!

We knew the moment we walked in the door that this was a perfect place for our family to vacation! Great house with great views

The house was very clean and had all the beach stuff we needed. We used the beach chairs, umbrellas, pool noodles, beach wagon and the kayaks. We had a geat time and definitely enjoyed drinking our coffee each morning on the rooftop deck.

Nice location for a reasonable price.

It had a nice view of the Gulf and was close to several restaurants and grocery stores. The two bedroom one bath unit was very clean. The kitchen had everything I needed for cooking. It also had a nice deck. We also appreciated the kayaks and paddle boards.

Always a great stay with the host

This was our second year staying with this host. This year we brought along two other families and rented the entire house and it was perfect. The view was amazing, everything you need is already there such as beach chairs and beach toys. The location is perfect with a very short walk or bike ride(bikes provided by host) to the beach or to restaurants or beach shop and you just feel right at home at any of their locations. If you want a laid back beach vacation this is the place for you!

End of summer vacation

My granddaughters and I had a wonderful vacation. I highly recommend this property for older children and adults. Everything was great. Beautiful scenery and landscaping. We had everything we needed. Loved it.

Weekend Getaway

Wonderful location and accommodations for a short weekend getaway, but would also suit a full weeks stay. Super clean, a ton of beach chairs, toys, fliats, basically all your beach needs in one. Fabulous rooftop sunset views! The only downfall is the proximity to beach access could be closer and there are no minimal condiments, coffee, salt, pepper, etc. Board games would also be a plus for downtime!

Unfortunately It's unsanitary to leave open condiments, coffee, spices, salt and pepper, and the like within the accommodation. We love providing our guests with all the free laundry detergent, spray and wash, dish washing cubes, Windex, paper towels, garbage bags and more. You're right about the rooftop deck and it's fabulous sunset views! Sunrises are great too! It's one of a kind on Manasota Key and we're glad to have sheared that with you. Would recommend to others

Very clean property with attention to details. Beach and kayak equipment in great shape. Nicely decorated. Comfortable beds. A little closer to the beach may have been nice but the view from rooftop balcony makes up for the walk. We would recommend to small families or couples for a quiet getaway. Very quiet street even on the weekend and not overwhelmed with tourists.

Good location, great amenities, and a beautiful setting makes The Highview an ideal destination.

We loved Suite 7 with our balcony and the crow's nest balcony. The grounds are beautiful and lush, the kitchen very well stocked for cooked-in meals, and the location of the beach access made our stay so enjoyable. With the bikes, beach equipement, and SUPs and kayaks included in the rental, The Highview is quite affordable. Other amenities like the outdoor shower and laundry facilities really provide a complete package in a vacation rental. Thanks so much for a great week at The Highview, Suite 7! Anne
