Last week available from 4/5 or 6 of Feb for 7 nights min stay. Cheaper airfares & less crowed pistes on the Saturday. Located in a 6-flat residence with a gorgeous view on the mountains. 300m from the free shuttle or 15min walk to the lively village centre and ski lifts that will take you up to Morzine-Les Gets or Super Morzine- Avoriaz. (Portes du Soleil).

Relax after skiing with a sauna session.

Rarely rented, as this is our secondary residence, you will find all the comforts of your own home with much attention to detail. A fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances needed for fondue, raclette and pierrade (grilled meats on a stone) and stocked with spices. A comfy lounge area with a wood stove, games for kids and adults, what you need to listen to music, watch a film, and connect to internet. Beds made, towels, end of stay clean included.

A concierge service is at your disposal through our partners for any help, shopping, ski hire, ski passes, babysitting etc. (Total Chalet Services)

Details – rental for 4-8 people.

1 bedroom with double bed and balcony.
1 bedroom with double bed and ensuite shower and sink.
1 low mezzanine with a double bed one end and two singles on the other, separated by a TV lounge area for kids. 1m50 at the highest. Not accessible to people with reduced mobility and very small children. Access is via a ladder.
1 bathroom with infrared sauna and step-in shower.
1 toilet
Lounge with sofa, TV, Playstation, wood stove.
Dining area with table for 8.
Kitchen with fridge/ oven/ microwave/ dishwasher/ washing machine/ coffee machine -Nespresso/ smoothie machine/ hand held mixer/ all you need to cook with and serve / fondue, raclette, meat grilling machines/ spices.
Balcony with a view over the mountains couch area and table & 4 chairs.
Garage for 1 car with ski room and stack of wood for the stove. Additional car parking available outside on the side of the building.
On request: wooden baby bed & mattress, high chair, baby bath.

No parties. Please be respectful of the other residents in the building.

End of stay requirements:
- Dishwasher should be started but maybe not finished or emptied
- Washing up can be left on the draining board drying but not dirty
- Only rubbish that is in the main bin to be left - extra recycling, trash, bags or boxes should be removed by guests
- Saucepans and pots should be empty and clean
- All rubbish removed from bathrooms
- Strip beds

If any of the requiremenst above were not met – additional cleaning charges will apply and be deducted from the deposit.

The perfect retreat after a hard day's skiing

A lovely warm spacious apartment, thoughtfully laid out, with a fully equipped kitchen (excellent for us because we just love cooking good food properly). An excellent screen and sound system made relaxing by the wood-burning stove a welcoming proposition after good food and wine, while the hillside location gave good views across the valley and the Sauna and Jacuzzi just made the stay perfect. We're booked again next season.

Lovely apartment close to Morzine

We had a great stay at Chalet Tao, which is well located for skiing in Morzine/Avoriaz. The apartment is really lovely (just like the pictures) and the hot-tub and sauna were much appreciated after a day on the slopes! We were a group of 7 adults and the apartment size suited us well - we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the mezzanine. The host communication before and during our stay was very good.

Fantastic family run chalet.

We had a great time at Chalet Tao and would love to return. Its a great base for skiing Morzine, Les Gets and Avoriaz. We have three children 12, 9 and 2 at time of writing and the accommodation was perfect and one of the best equipped chalets that we have stayed at. Relaxing in the jacuzzi after a physical days skiing was great. We hired lockers at the lifts and walked in and out 12-15 minutes carrying 2 year old on my back. Highly recommended.

Lovely Chalet

Great chalet and very handy for Morzine. Would definitely return as it had everything you would need for a ski holiday. Nice 15-20 mins walk in to town. We stored our skis in town, probably would be too far to take them back to chalet every day. Lots of lovely restaurants and a very pretty place.

Encore un séjour trÚs apprécié !

Comme l'an dernier, nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour dans le Chalet Tao, en famille, avec tout l'Ă©quipement nĂ©cessaire pour notre petite fille et nos grands enfants. Nous avons Ă©galement apprĂ©ciĂ© les deux salles d'eau dont une dans la suite parentale et le jacuzzi en rentrant du ski ! Pour aller skier, il suffit de prendre la navette gratuite en bas de la rue qui nous dĂ©pose aux remontĂ©es mĂ©caniques soit pour aller sur Avoriaz soit sur les Gets. MĂȘme chose pour les courses. Donc, la voiture peut rester au garage ! Les relations avec les propriĂ©taires se font dans un climat de confiance et sont trĂšs agrĂ©ables. Nous recommandons cet appartement aussi bien pour l'hiver que pour l'Ă©tĂ© car Morzine doit ĂȘtre Ă©galement magnifique Ă  la belle saison.

Beautiful apartment!

We had an excellent stay at the Chalet Tao apartment! The apartment is roomy, beautifully decorated and very wel equipped. Everything you might need and much more is available. The beds, linnen and towels are of excellent quality. The hot tub on the balcony is a big plus. Kira is a great guest who made us feel welcome. She answers e-mails very quickly and provides her guests with all the necessary information. The apartment was spotless upon arrival. The arrival and departure were perfectly organised by the friendly people of Total Chalet Services. The bus stop is only a few minutes away by foot. However it's also possible to walk to the ski lifts, which can be reached in about 15 minutes by foot. the apartment has a large skiroom and a private garage, however we found it more practical to store our ski's and boots in the lockers that can be rented at Hubert Sport, just next to the Super Morzine télécabine. To summarize, everything was perfect. It's very clear that this is an apartment that is meant for private use by the owners and to be occasionally rented out. I would recommend it to everyone going to Morzine. Thanks Kira for letting us stay in your apartment! Best regards, Philippe

Appartement trÚs agréable

L'appartement est trÚs beau et trÚs fonctionnel. La grande mezzanine crée un bel espace de jeu ou de couchages. Literie de trÚs bonne qualité partout. Pour bébé, un lit confortable en bois, une petite baignoire bien pratique et une chaise haute pour prendre les repas. Le jacuzzi a été trÚs apprécié par tous. Navettes gratuites à 300 mÚtres pour aller au centre de Morzine ou aux remontées mécaniques (10 mns en navettes). Garage individuel et local à ski chauffé, super. TrÚs bonne communication avec les propriétaires et location du "dimanche au dimanche" rarissime mais recherchée. TrÚs bon séjour en famille malgré une météo maussade !

TrĂšs beau chalet trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©. Nous Ă©tions 7 adultes et ne nous sommes pas senti a l'Ă©troit. Le jaccuzi et le sauna sont tres apprĂ©ciables aprĂšs le ski. Rien a redire sur la propretĂ© des lieux. Nous avons passĂ© d'excellentes vacances. Communication avec les propriĂ©taires idĂ©ale. Il manque juste un petit sentier pour accĂ©der a l'arrĂȘt de bus qui se trouve juste au dessus du chalet mais a part ça rien a redire, une des meilleurs location que nous avons pu avoir

Randonnée

Location pour 4 jours en famille et amis. DĂ©parts des Balades au pied du chalet, parfait pour les amoureux de la nature. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© surpris car Morzine reste une station vivante mĂȘme avant la saison de ski. Chalet trĂšs agrĂ©able, les plus grands ont profitĂ© et abusĂ© du sauna et jacuzzi apres la marche. Petit bĂ©mol, avec notre bĂ©bĂ©, les salles de bain sont uniquement avec douche. Elles sont grandes mais le bain lui a un peu manquĂ© A refaire l'an prochain. Merci pour l'accueil.

Le plus beau des endroits a Morzine!

C est simple... C est le plus beau, reposant chalet que j'ai pu trouve! L emplacement est calme et proche du centre (la navette est toute proche)! L'appartement est spacieux et luxueux, decore avec beaucoup de gout. L'ambiance est chaleureuse, les equipements sont a la hauteur de mes exigences voir meme plus! Que dire du Jacuzzi face aux montagnes, du Sauna surper moderne?! De la suite parentale avec sa salle de bain privee, en passant par l immense mezzanine, tout a ete pense pour faire de notre sejour un moment agreable de relaxation, de detente et de bonne humeur entre amis! Les proprietaires ont ete tres prevenant et ont su nous fournir les bonnes adresses afin de faire de nos vacances un superbe moment! Nous reviendrons!!!

Que de bons moments passés au chalet TAO.

Nous avons passĂ©s de nombreux WE au Chalet TAO les hivers 2013 et 2014 et avons pu profiter de son charme qui opĂšre Ă  chaque fois. L'appartement est trĂšs bien situĂ© (Ă  5 minutes du centre de Morzine et Ă  200m des navettes pour monter Ă  Avoriaz) et extrĂȘmement bien amĂ©nagĂ©. Vous ĂȘtes mieux qu'Ă  la maison: sauna de qualitĂ©, super jacuzzi en plein-air, literie de grande qualitĂ©, 2 salles de bain (bien pratique quand on est plusieurs Ă  rentrer du ski en mĂȘme temps), cuisine sur-Ă©quipĂ©e, garage et local Ă  ski chauffĂ© et vue magnifique sur les montagnes environnantes. Je recommande chaleureusement cette location et nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Fab Chalet apprt in Morzine with Jacuzzi & Sauna

I know this chalet doesn't get rented much as it is mostly for the owner's private use - but we were lucky enough to get to stay there for a week last season and it really felt like we were at home. Our welcome service with Lisa and Kevin was perfect so we knew how everything worked and could call them when we needed anything. The flat is brand new in a residence of 6 flats. It is really spacious and the decorations are tasteful and cozy with a log fire and wood provided. The kitchen is decked out with every possible appliance you might need to do some serious cooking. Jacuzzi was heavenly with an amazing view, and with infrared sauna to go with. We had great time there, and portes du Soleil ski area is fantastic. Would recommend going two couple max + kids, or 3 couples as there are two closed bedrooms only and the mezzanine area- whilst pretty big, is open.

Super chalet in great location

Excellent location to explore Morzine's mountain trails as well as the village. Everything is brand new and we loved the jacuzzi with a view. We plan to be back in the winter, cannot wait!
