Superb Wohnung mit 4 Zimmern 80m2 für 6 Personen, ideal gelegen an der Fläche von der Steilküste entfernt. Die Kouria, Skier, bietet die Nähe zu den Geschäften und überdachte Parkplätze. Die Wohnung besteht aus 3 Suiten, verfügt über 3 Terrassen nach Süden mit atemberaubenden Blick über das Morzine-Tal und den Pisten. Die Kouria bietet private Einrichtungen wie Hallenbad, Jacuzzi, Hamam.
Die Wohnung ist auch mit einem Skiraum mit Skischuhtrockner ausgestattet.

Fabulous stay in the snow!

The three of us had an absolutely wonderful seven day stay in this awesome apartment overlooking a white ski fields of Avoriaz and down the verdant valley to Morzine. We loved the location being close to restaurants and supermarket as well as offering numerous ski-in/ski-out options. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Apartment with fabulous Views

Our family had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It is in a great location for easy access to the slopes, restaurants and super market. The kids (and big kids) loved the pool and steam room after a day on the slopes. The owner was also very good at keeping in contact and communicating with us. Highly recommend.

Fabulous ski in / ski out apartment

Beautiful apartment, one of the best we have stayed at. Spectacular views and in a good location. Close to baker and supermarket and able to ski from the door. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Good sized rooms and plenty of storage. Bath robes and the welcome bottle of champagne were lovely touches. Stephane was an excellent host and very responsive to any queries we had. Would definitely come back here!

Séjour enchanteur dans un décor de rêve

Appartement parfaitement situé au coeur de la station, au calme, dans une résidence très bien entretenue. L'appartement en lui-même est chaleureux, décoré avec goût et très confortable (literie au top, vue extraordinaire sur les montagnes,...). On se sent comme chez soi. Les contacts avec le propriétaire sont fluides, efficaces et rapides, la piscine et le hammam sont un vrai plus... à conseiller les yeux fermés... Séjour fantastique

Appartement parfaitement situé pour nous et extrêmement confortable avec une vue magnifique. La piscine et le jacuzzi au rez ont été très appréciés par nos filles de 18 et 6 ans après le ski. Le propriétaire était disponible par téléphone pour toute question et très serviable. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Lovely property right next to piste

It's genuinely a lovely apartment to stay in with incredible views from the balconies. The pool, hot tub and steam room are great to help unwind after a day on the slopes. Unfortunately the hot tub was out of service for the majority of our stay (but certainly not Stéphane's fault!). The communication from Stéphane was good throughout and was very responsive on WhatsApp. There's a supermarket within a minute walk and a number of cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance. One thing to note for future guests (particularly towards the end of the ski season) is that the main Prodains lift runs between 7am and midnight, so if you have an early morning flight then you'll need a transfer to/from Avoriaz and not the bottom of the Prodains cable car (where many transfer companies will by default do drop/pick ups), something that caused a bit of an issue for us as we needed to leave early in the morning and many airport transfer companies weren't doing shared transfers from Avoriaz at this time in the season. The only taxi that would take us to the Prodains lift wanted €230 to do so. We did end up getting a transfer in the end with Skiidy Gonzales who I'd highly recommend for future reference (our original transfer company ChamExpress wanted €530 for a transfer...)

Séjour très agréable dans une location spacieuse, lumineuse, fonctionnelle et calme.

Excellente location dans un appartement rénové avec goût. Il est spacieux, propre, bien équipé et tous les lits sont très confortables. La situation est centrale près de l’école ESF. Le propriétaire est prévenant et réactif. Un très bon séjour en famille.

Super location

This is great accommodation in a splendid location. Expansive views towards Switzerland and down the valley to Morzine. The apartment is spacious. comfortable and clean. With the added luxury of the pool, hot tub and hamman plus a superb skiing area this makes for a wonderful stay. Stephane, the owner, communicated well and couldn’t have been more helpful.

Super comfortabel, stylisch en ruim appartement

Groot, schoon, smaakvol ingericht appartement met meerdere balkons, gunstig en rustig gelegen in gebouw Kouria in Falaise. De foto's liegen niet; er heerst een heerlijke vibe. Goede indeling. Prachtig uitzicht over de vallei. Aan alles is gedacht. Wij kwamen aan op 31/12 en er stond een fles Champagne voor ons klaar van Stéphane; die een fantastische host is en voor vragen altijd klaar stond en snel reageerde. Goed uitgeruste keuken met o.a.: Nespresso apparaat, broodrooster, staafmixer, grote pannen & schalen en veel glazen, borden/bestek/bakjes. Heerlijke bedden & dekbedden; iedere slaapkamer een eigen douche, tv, balkon en voldoende opbergruimte (dit is vaak een probleem in Avoriaz). Badjassen aanwezig voor gebruik zwembad, jacuzzi en Hammam op de begane grond en -1; echt een pluspunt. De zitbanken zijn ruim en zitten heerlijk. De grote vierkante tafel vonden wij erg praktisch. Verwarmde skilocker naast de ingang van het appartement. We hebben van het begin tot het einde genoten van dit heerlijke en gezellige appartement. Dank Stéphane en familie!

Superbe appartement

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances à Avoriaz et l'appartement était formidable. C'est tellement agréable de rentrer d'un journée de ski dans un havre de paix et de tout confort. La piscine et le jacuzzi sont très appréciables également! Il ne manque rien dans l'appartement, tout fonctionne parfaitement, le bonheur! Les chambres, bien qu'un peu étroites mais ce n'est pas grâve, sont très confortables, modernes et lumineuses. Les enfants ont apprécié la télévision dans leur chambre! C'est un appartement de rêve! Un très grand merci à Stéphane pour sa courtoisie et sa disponibilité. C'est formidable d'être en contact avec un propriétaire aussi sympathique que réactif. Un grand merci également à Carole pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse.

Modern stylish and clean apartment

Firstly the apartment is beautiful. We were blessed with glorious sunshine all week and with heavy snow the entire week before, it made for perfect conditions not normally seen until later in the season. The apartment overlooks the valley into Morzine (what a view with an amazing sunset), and is conveniently close to shops, restaurants and a two minute walk to the plateau (ski lesson meeting point). The apartment is very modern, offering everything you could need on a ski trip. We were travelling with the in-laws, so it was nice to have our own bathrooms and a little space of our own. There is a DVD player with BOSE surround sound which is very good. There are however no DVDs provided, so remember to bring your own. We fortunately had the iPads with us and with excellent speed and coverage on the free Wi-Fi provided, this made for two very happy children. There is also a very nice pool and Jacuzzi, both of which are nice and warm. We did attempt to use the Hammam (Sauna) but I think we must have been doing something wrong, as it didn’t seem to be working. We are a little inpatient though, so perhaps with the right knowledge, I am sure it would have worked. The owner was very helpful from enquiry through to booking and even during the stay to make sure everything was ok for us. I would certainly stay again and recommend to anyone who likes to stay in a modern, clean and spacious apartment. Thank you Stéphane for all your help.

SUPERB

We prayed for snow on 2nd Jan, and then it snowed.....and snowed, so much so that we had to stay indoors much of the time - and we could not have had a better place to stay. The apartment is cosy, spacious and is very well designed and finished; plus, amazingly it has five balconies, although we could hardly use them because they were full of snow! Highly recommended.

Superb apartment

We have just spent a week in this fabulous apartment enjoying every minute there and in Avoriaz skiing . We are a family of five and there was plenty space for everyone. The bedrooms were very comfortable and bathrooms fitted to the highest standards. I really cannot fault it in any aspect at all. We were sorry that the weather was such that we could not use the lovely balconies but did mange to have coffee outside one morning and when the snow stopped managed to see the spectacular views all around. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the management and owner extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this apartment. It was perfect for our teenagers to be able to go out and enjoy the night life and for us to enjoy the wonderfully comfortable accommodation. Great shopping on your doorstep.

We live in Boulogne-Billancourt, we have 2 children of 4 and 7. For the past 10 years we come to Avoriaz to ski, it is a family friendly station, and we can reach it without a car.

We chose Avoriaz because we come as a family (with parents and cousins) for the past 10 years. Station with beautiful landscapes and wonderful slopes, but most of all, it is a walking station, you don't need a car and that is a major advantage of Avoriaz.

Imagine you wake up and open the blinds to find a breathtaking view of the Avoriaz slopes, eat your breakfast under the sun with background music thanks to the Bluetooth speakers. Find your heated shoes and put on your skis at the entrance of the house.
At the end of the afternoon, after a nice day of skiing, you can enjoy the luxurious Turkish bath, the interior swimming pool and Jacuzzi.
