Designed with an elegant Mediterranean flair, the home features high ceilings and an abundance of windows that infuse the interiors with natural light. The master bedroom is generously proportioned, offering a walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom with HIS and HER sinks on opposite sides, an expansive walk-in shower equipped with dual shower heads, and a luxurious jacuzzi.

The pool deck and backyard are cocooned in a high fence for your utmost privacy. For outdoor dining, we provide a propane BBQ grill, as well as a table and chairs in our expansive covered lanai. The pool deck offers a range of lounges and chairs for your relaxation.

A lovely public park is just a few minutes' walk from the house. To access the beach, you'll find the Lake Worth Casino and Beach Center within a 3-mile radius, offering pristine white sand beaches, oceanfront parks with restrooms and picnic amenities, beach chair and cabana rentals, as well as beachside dining options.

The master suite boasts an en-suite full bathroom complete with a relaxing jacuzzi, while two additional hall bathrooms are at your disposal. For your convenience, we also offer essential amenities such as hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and ample supplies of toilet paper and more. Your comfort is our priority.

We've stocked the kitchen with all the essentials, including cookware, silverware, cutlery, plates, pots and pans, a rice cooker, Keurig and regular drip coffee makers, coffee, cream, sugar, cooking oil, salt, pepper, and an array of spices for your culinary adventures.

•LAUNDRY ROOM
In our in-house laundry room, you'll find the convenience of 2 washers and 2 dryers in the garage, all provided at no extra cost.
We also offer an iron and ironing board, thoughtfully placed in one of the bedroom closets for your convenience.

•OUTDOOR - POOL & HOT TUB
- Unwind in the peaceful, fenced backyard and spacious pool deck, equipped with comfortable lounges, next to the pool featuring a hot tub. Our pool utilizes state-of-the-art saltwater technology, courtesy of a salt-chlorine generator, ensuring fewer harsh chemicals in the pool and a gentler experience for your skin.

- Optional Pool & Hot Tub Heating: Guests have the option to add pool and hot tub heating for added comfort during their stay.

. Full Pool & Hot Tub Heating: For $55 per day, the pool will be heated throughout the day to a comfortable 87°F, and the hot tub will be warmed to your preferred temperature (up to 104°F) and available daily from 3 PM to 10 PM.

. Hot Tub Only: If you prefer to heat just the hot tub, this option is available for $30 per night (3 PM to 10 PM only).

This service is optional and must be prepaid for the entire length of your stay. If not selected, the pool will remain at its natural temperature and the hot tub will not be turned on.

- We offer a covered Lanai complete with a propane grill and propane, tables and chairs for al fresco dining. We also provide beach chairs for our guests to take along on their beach excursions.

Guest Count & Visitors
Only the guests listed on your reservation may be on the property, whether staying overnight or visiting for the day. The home accommodates a maximum of 14 people at any time. Your booking includes up to 10 guests; each additional guest (up to the 14-person limit) is $30 per person, per night. Please provide an accurate guest count when you book so we can prepare the home for you.

Parking
We can accommodate up to 5 vehicles. Please plan accordingly.

Arrival & Departure
Check-in and check-out times help us keep the home ready and sparkling for every guest. Please follow the times listed in your reservation.

Pets
Furry friends are welcome with prior approval—just let us know in advance.

Smoking & Substances
Smoking is not permitted inside the home, and illegal substances are never allowed on the property.

Neighborhood Courtesy
This is a peaceful residential area. We ask that you keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM, so everyone—including our neighbors—can relax.
