This updated 4BR, 3BA home is perfectly located just 9 minutes from the beach, less than 3 minutes to The Gardens Mall, and close to restaurants, movie theaters, and spring training baseball at Roger Dean Stadium and FITTEAM Ballpark — all the essentials for a laid-back family escape or couples’ getaway.

The space is designed for fun and comfort, with two king master bedrooms (one a private suite with its own entrance), two queen bedrooms, plus a premium queen-size sleeper gel sofa in a living room — more than enough for everyone to spread out and unwind. Both masters have ensuite bathrooms, smart TVs, and tropical-inspired touches to keep the Florida vibes flowing.

Three full bathrooms make mornings easy — two with walk-in showers, and one with a shower/tub combo perfect for the little ones.

Gather in the open kitchen and living area — there’s plenty of space to cook, eat, and lounge. Stainless steel appliances, custom wood cabinets, and a breakfast bar make meals easy. We love sharing our home, but we’re serious about keeping it peaceful for everyone — this is a family-friendly neighborhood with great neighbors.

✅ STRICT NO PARTY POLICY — No parties, events, or gatherings of any kind
✅ Quiet hours: 8 PM to 9 AM — no loud music inside or out
✅ Max 3 cars on the property — no street parking
✅ No smoking or vaping inside — $400 fee if violated
✅ No drugs or illegal substances anywhere — including the backyard
✅ No pets — sorry, no exceptions
✅ Respect the home as if it were your own — violations may result in eviction

Additional Guests: If you plan to have more people at the home than listed on your reservation, you must get prior approval — unapproved guests may result in eviction.
