The "Wow" Factor: The living and dining rooms are an open-concept dream, anchored by a dramatic, turquoise-and-gold accent wall. It features an 86-inch screen TV and a beautiful "air flame" fireplace that's not dangerous for kids.

The Kitchen: The chef's paradise is fully equipped for cooking and baking, featuring a massive white waterfall island and high-end appliances.

The Ultimate "Adults' Retreat" (Master 1): The main master suite is a show-stopper. It features a glamorous, royal blue King bed with mirrored accents. But the bathroom is the true escape...

The Second Master Suite: This house features a second master bedroom with a Queen bed and its own "beautiful white bathroom" complete with a smart toilet.

A Private Outdoor Spa: The stunning, blue-marble-and-gold master bath has a secret. It has a shower with jets and a sliding door that reveals a "special private area"—a Zen garden with a luxurious, freestanding outdoor soaking tub. It's the most romantic and relaxing spot in the house.

Experience Your Private "Kid's Kingdom"
This is why we call it the "Playground." The massive, fenced-in backyard is an "outside kids paradise."

The "Backyard Resort": A huge, rectangular heated pool and a separate, "beautiful" embedded hot tub for relaxing.

The "Action" Park: The grassy yard includes a full volleyball court, a playground with "many swings," and lots of "toys for kids."

The Game Zone: The huge covered patio features a massive lounge, a BBQ grill, and "all the games"—including a Ping-Pong table and an Air Hockey table!

The Sanctuaries: 5 Bedrooms / 3 Bathrooms
1st Master Suite: The "Glam Suite" with a King bed and the incredible private tub/spa-bathroom.

2nd Master Suite: A private Queen bed with its own beautiful white bathroom and smart toilet.

3rd Bedroom: A stylish Queen bed with its own 55-inch Smart TV.

4th Bedroom: Another comfortable Queen bed with its own 55-inch Smart TV.

5th Bedroom (The "Bunk-Plex"): The ultimate kid-cave, with 6 single beds (as two triple-bunk beds). It's the sleepover they'll never forget! You can choose whether to have one queen size bed or bunk beds. Please let us know before your arrival.

About the neighborhood (The "Wellington Vibe"):
You are in the heart of the Equestrian Capital of the World. This peaceful, safe neighborhood is just 10 minutes from the Winter Equestrian Festival (WEF) and the National Polo Center.

The house is very close to Southern Street and only 5 minutes from the Turnpike, making it incredibly easy to get anywhere. You're just 15-20 minutes from the beach! Wellington is an upscale, family-friendly village known for its beautiful parks, great golf, and fantastic shopping (The Wellington Green Mall is just down the road). You get the convenience of being close to everything, with the priceless feeling of coming home to your own private, luxury playground.

Restrictions & House Rules
Please treat our home and our peaceful neighborhood with respect.

Pool: DO NOT touch pool equipment (pump or heater). Contact the host immediately with any issues.

Late Checkout: A minimum $150 fee will be charged for check-outs after 11:00 AM unless previously approved by the host.

Child Safety: This home is not childproofed. Children must be supervised at all times.

Cleaning & TVs: No daily cleaning is included. All TVs are ROKU Smart TVs for streaming (no cable).

Smoking: This is a 100% smoke-free property. No smoking inside the home and no marijuana.

Parties: NO PARTIES ALLOWED. We have a zero-tolerance policy.

Noise Policy: By booking, you agree that if police are called for noise or a party, you will be charged a minimum $500 fee and your reservation will be canceled immediately without a refund.

Events: We allow some events (baby showers, birthdays, etc.) with prior host permission. You must inform us of the guest count before booking. Event pricing may vary, and a 2-night minimum stay is required. (No teenage parties).
