Great Villa near Tennis & Beach

We enjoyed our time at the villa that was a 10 min walk to the beach and right next door to Van Der Meers Tennis Academy. We hadn't realized how close we'd be to the tennis academy and was thrilled to play tennis 2 days in a row. The villa was clean and very comfortable. The only thing that sticks out is that the bunk bed in the 2nd room where our 10 yr old daughter slept was squeaky & loud every time she moved in bed. This made it difficult for her to sleep initially but she adapted. Overall a great place. Thanks for having us!

Great condo near beach and Coligny

Very clean property and nicely furnished. Great location near the beach and Coligny. Everything was provided as advertised and the owner provides great communication. Really liked the beach chairs and rolling cart that the owner provides. Would definitely rent the condo again.

Clean, updated condo with everything you need.

We booked at the last minute, and Tiffany was super helpful and responsive to my questions. The condo has everything you need for a beach trip. We didn’t use them, but it was nice to have access to the beach gear and beach towels. It took us about 10 minutes to walk to the beach with a 1-year-old in tow, which wasn’t too bad. We were there Labor Day weekend and even then the beach wasn’t too crowded. Everything was nice and updated, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The shower has amazing water pressure, which was really nice after a day at the beach! I would recommend this rental and would stay here again!

Cute property

We enjoyed our time at the condo on HHI. The location is great, easy ride to the free beach parking as well as shops/ restaurants. The property manager was very responsive and kind. The only negative thing I have to say is that the bed in the second bedroom wasn't a fan favorite with my teens. I think it would be a perfect option for smaller children.

Convenient Location

The condo was convenient to all the right places - beach, shops, restaurants and grocery store. My only hiccup was that the ac was not allowed to be below 70 due to possibly freezing up. Totally understandable, if that is a possible issue or concern. Just wish I knew those exact details beforehand, as that could have very well kept us from staying or would have prepared us. For the cost of the stay and being extremely hot sleepers with no control of our ac preference was a little frustrating.

Thank you so much for staying at my condo in Forest Gardens and I'm glad that you enjoyed your stay. I'm sorry about the thermostat concern. My HVAC contractor who serves all of my condos and my home semi-annually continually reminds me to limit the temperature range during the sticky hot summer as to avoid issues during the renters' stay. I have done all of the other safeguards to make sure everyone stays cool in the unit though; had the entire upper level re-insulated in May 2021, added ceiling fans/standing fans in the bedrooms, and continue to make sure the cooling system is in tip-top shape. It's such a struggle to get contractors out immediately when there's a cooling issue, so it would be a disservice for me to neglect their recommendations to avoid interruptions of HVAC service during anyone's stay. I truly thank you for understanding!

Excellent condo!

We had a great week at HH staying at this condo! It was the perfect size for my family of 5, including my 3 sons ages 11-13-16. The host is so accommodating- we had everything we needed and then some. She communicated with us to make sure everything was going well throughout the week. The condo is very close to the beach- we walked every day (it’s about a half mile and it only took us between 7-8 min, walking slowly and toting the beach items). It’s also very close to Coligny. Overall great location! The condo itself is decorated beautifully, exceptionally clean, and well maintained. Loved the Friday to Friday rental- traffic was much better, plus the grocery store was less crowded. Excellent stay! I would definitely stay here again!

Great week on HHI

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The condo had everything we needed including beach chairs, towels, and a wagon. Tiffany was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Can’t wait to go back!

I grew up and lived most of my life in Minnesota. I purchased a vacation condo here in Hilton Head in 2013 after vacationing here for the first time. I decided that this is where I eventually wanted to live full-time. After having my daughter, Brynn in 2017, we ran out of space at our condo, so we purchased a single family home in North Forest Beach for us and our 2 littles fur-babies. We have recently added several properties to rent out which allows others to fall in love with this beautiful island as well!

I have been a licensed Realtor since 1995 and am currently licensed in both Minnesota and South Carolina. I love the real estate industry and all of the opportunities that owning property provides. It is fun to help others find their slice of heaven here in Hilton Head to use as their forever home, as a 2nd home, or as a rental property.

We love the beach, nature & wildlife, boating, biking, swimming, golfing, and of course eating...so Hilton Head is the best place for us to enjoy all of those things!
