Nice stay very close to beach!

Overall we had a lovely holiday weekend at this condo only 8 min away from the beach. Soaked up the water, sun, and nearby Cologny Beach each day. Great way to say goodbye to Summer 2024!

Nice Quiet and Close to the Beach.

Our stay was great. Cute little 2 bedroom condo, perfect for a family of four. It was in a quiet location, close to the beach and Coligny. Bonus, close to Lagerheads on the beach, which was a great place for drinks and lunch.

This place is lovely. Well equipped and perfectly decorated for a beach getaway. A quiet neighborhood and convenient walk to the beach. I enjoyed the outdoor church service on Sunday morning.. I would love to stay again on my next trip to Hilton Head.

Great location!

We had family members staying at a large house in Sea Pines where we spent most of our time. There were not enough bedrooms at the house in Sea Pines, so we rented this condo as well. The location was very convenient to ride bikes back and forth. It is a small place, but met our needs .

We really loved the place and it was well taken care of! I loved the location to the beach and it has a nice pool, and the place was really clean inside. The email for the door code came an hour later than what we were told so we were a little nervous at first as we could not get in.

Great Girl time get away

Great experience..cute 2 bedroom 1 bath..easy walk to the beach. Only suggestion is black out curtain or shades on the bedroom with the 2 beds..other then that comfy bed and blankets..plenty of towels, toilet paper and paper towels. Great washer and dryer and cold fridge.

The size of the property was fine for my wife and I. We had another couple visit us for 2 nights and found it a bit cramped. I wouldn't want to have any more than 4 adults in the condo. The shower was fantastic and the television setup worked very well.

Nice condo in a great location

Clean and comfortable. Quick and easy bike ride to the beach and Coligny. Great communication with property owners. The property pool was very nice. The condo is on the smaller size, but was big enough to accommodate my husband and I and 3 teenagers. Would rent again and highly recommend.

Loved the Volunteer Villa!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 3 week stay at the Volunteer Villa! Excellent location, great proximity to a wonderful beach, super kitchen, awesome TV situation (both TV locations and channel selection). Also, the pool (although quite busy and a tad noisy at times) exceeded my expectations. We spent a good deal of time there. Dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer…all excellent. Great location but bathroom was a mess

We stayed for 5 days with myself, wife, and two kids (6 and 9 year old). Location was great, close to the beach, pool, etc. The main complaint was the cleanliness of the rental and the functioning of the bathroom. Neither the shower nor the sink would drain properly (water would pool in the sink/shower for a significant time before draining). The hot water didn’t work either so showers was not a pleasant experience.
