It is spread over two levels, offering you very beautiful volumes with refined decoration.



At the first level, the immense living space composed of a living room and a dining area opens onto the superb landscaped terrace and the sublime infinity pool offering you a splendid view. The kitchen is also open to the terrace with its bar, where you can enjoy a coffee or a ti'punch with the Caribbean Sea and the Bay of Fort-de-France always as a backdrop.



The kitchen is very well equipped: fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, induction hob, Nespresso coffee maker, Italian coffee maker, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle.



On this same level you will have a master suite with an air-conditioned bedroom with a 160 bed and wardrobe and an adjoining bathroom with an Italian shower, toilet, and a guest toilet.

On the second floor, you will find three air-conditioned bedrooms with two bathrooms, including a master suite and a television area.

You will be able to enjoy, near the apartment, the Anse Mitan beach within a ten-minute walk, as well as the restaurants and shops of the Créole Village, the Marina, and the various nautical, aquatic, and tourist activities offered at Pointe du Bout.



The maritime shuttle will allow you to go to Fort de France either from the Marina or from the Anse Mitan pontoon. You will also be 1 km from the Golf of Trois Ilets.
