Das Haus ist 4 Meter vom Strand entfernt und bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf den Diamond Rock. Es ist wirklich nah am Meer, nur ein paar Schritte entfernt und hat vor kurzem einen kleinen Pool aufgenommen. Das Haus ist sowohl in der Stadt so nah an Geschäften als auch am Ende einer Sackgasse mit Blick auf das Meer so ruhig und nicht zu übersehen.
Das Hotel liegt im Dorf, in der Nähe aller Annehmlichkeiten (Restaurants, Markt, Bäckerei, Selbstbedienung, medizinisches Zentrum (Ärzte, Apotheke usw.)).
Das Haus bietet Platz für 7 Personen (ideal für 3 Paare oder 2 Paare mit drei Kindern). Das Haus verfügt über 3 klimatisierte Schlafzimmer, eine große Küche neben der Terrasse, ein Badezimmer (mit WC, Waschbecken und ebenerdiger Dusche), eine separate Toilette und eine Außendusche im privaten Bereich.

Atemberaubend

Tolle Lage direkt am Meer. Wundervolles, gemütliches Haus. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Auch der Gastgeber und seine Frau sind toll. Zur Begrüßung gab es Ti-Punch und selbstgemachte Acras und Pâte de Noëlle. Alles in allem: kann man nur empfehlen!

Très jolie case créole !

Le bruit des vagues nous a bercé tout au long de notre séjour ! La vue sur le rocher du Diamant, la plage en mode baignade ou en mode balade en bas du portillon, les petits commerces, marchés, bars, vendeurs ambulants, des hôtes très sympathiques et une maison bien équipée, climatisée avec une chouette triple terrasse dotée d’une piscine rafraîchissante ont contribué à un séjour en famille très réussi.

Perfect Beach Bungalow

This was our second time staying at this beautiful property. It is located directly on the beach in the lovely village of Le Diamant. Restaurants, shops, and the market are all within easy walking distance. The house is well-equipped and very comfortable with a beautiful outdoor patio, garden, and pool area. The sound of the ocean waves lulls you to sleep. To top it all off, the property owners are wonderful people - extremely helpful and responsive. We plan to stay at this property again.

Emplacement idéal

Tout est fait pour passer un très agréable séjour ! L’emplacement est magnifique avec le rocher du Diamant en toile de fond et les cocotiers sur la plage ! Équipement de la maison très bien, avec de quoi cuisiner + barbecue ! Bref idéal !

Bon séjour

Je vais commencer par les points "négatifs" qui de mon point de vue sont connaître de notre séjour, la photo de couverture n est pas à jour, avec la montée des eaux et les travaux fait par nano, il n est plus s possible de mettre un transat sous le cocotier. Une autre chose, la présence de clim mais pas de fenêtres, les persiennes ne permettent pas de garder le froid généré par la clim, le bruit des vagues peut gêner certaines personnes, j ai m y une journée à m y faire et au final ça détend. Pour ce qui est des points positifs, car il y en a beaucoup. Nous avons été accueillis par nano et sa femme le soir même de notre arrivée avec un petit aperos dînatoire, très sympas et conviviales. La villa comprenant 3 chambres et une salle de bain est très agréable et bien décorée. Vous pourrez profiter de la grande pergolas pour manger dehors, et faire vos barbeuk face à la mer. Une petite piscine permet de se rafraîchir et de faire jouer les enfants comme des fous... L'accès à la mer est un peu difficile pour les plus jeunes mais quel régal de ce lever et de mettre les pieds dans l eau. A côté de la résidence un très bon resto/boite la voile blanche, ne pas hésiter à leur demander un verre car vous êtes le voisin... La maison est vraiment très bien placée au Diamant, ouverte sur la mer. Les commerces sont à quelques minutes. Nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables. Jean Claude et sa femme nous ont par ailleurs réservés un excellent accueil! Milles mercis!

Prettiest view in Le Diamant

The hosts Nano and Grislaine are wonderful and attentive hosts and were there to make everything work out smoothly. I have not experienced better hosts at any rental property, anywhere in the world. The house itself is somewhat outdated, with need for many improvements. The kitchen and bedrooms need updating, but the bath is very nice with a recent total remodel. Yet, when our stay was over, we came to the conclusion it was still comfortable and the view is world-class. The location is good for visiting any of the southern Martinique beaches and there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

Le paradis, les pieds dans l'eau

Quel plaisir de se baigner dans l'océan tous les matins en se levant (Le Diamant est pratique pour découvrir toutes les autres plages du sud; environs toutes à moins de 30 minutes). La maison est top pour une famille de 5 personnes avec 3 adolescents. Les propriétaires, Ghislaine et Nano sont adorables (nous vous attendons sur Paris :-)) et nous espérons bien pouvoir y retourner.

English follows Nous étions 2 couples et la maison nous a offert un endroit idéal pour se reposer. Elle offre toutes les commodités avec la plage à nos pieds! Malgré les vagues la plage du diamant est merveilleuse. La ville du diamant est coquette et a plusieurs resto tout prêt incluant une petite épicerie à 2 pas. Nos hôtes, Jean-Claude et Ghislaine étaient charmants et prévenants! Nous y reviendront !!!! This little house was perfect for us 4 adults! Our hosts were great and the house offered all the commodities! The beach is right at our feet and despite the waves Diamand beach is wonderful. The little town is charming and has many cute restaurants and a grocery 2 steps away! We will come back!!

Dream vacation

For my husband and I, it was our first time in Martinique and we couldn’t hope for more from our gracious hosts. We were welcomed with amuses-bouche snd cocktail from Martinique. Jean-Claude told us about the island’s culture and main attractions. The house itself is very clean and well appointed, but we didn’t spend much time inside, we sat on the beach which is few steps away from the house. There is hardly anybody on the white sand beach which doesn’t require watershoes as it is sand as far as you can walk. The location is also perfect. The is a convenience store near the house and the market is a short walking distance (15 minutes). The street has many good restaurants but you want to go to The Voile Blanche which is 20 steps away from the house. We will comeback! Isabelle et François

Super location-Amazing hosts

We had an incredible stay at Le Diamant! The location on the island could not have been better- right on the beach which is amazing for walking- in town with lots of restaurants, shops and, most importantly- the Boulangerie! The cottage is comfortable with three nicely-sized bedrooms, a large, newly renovation bathroom and an additional toilet in a separate water closet. The kitchen has everything you might need for cooking and picnic preparations- plus there is a grill outside that we used to grill up local fresh fish while overlooking Le Diamant Rock. We enjoyed the plunge pool while relaxing at the cottage and there is an outdoor shower to use after swimming in the waves. We loved the house and the location couldn’t be better- but what made us feel the most welcomed were our hosts Nano and Ghislaine! They welcomed us to their vacation home, showed us around and toasted the beginning of our Martinique vacation with Ti punch! We even had a wonderful dinner with them later in the week - we were able to practice our French and Ghislaine could practice her English! We hope to have them visit when they head to the US or close by Montreal! Wonderful hosts and wonderful house in a wonderful setting. We cannot wait to return!

Absolutely perfect!!!

Nano and Chislaine are the Perfect hosts. The beach is as advertised literally at the front gate..Diamante is a quaint little seaside village with plenty of shops,and restaurants within easy walking distance. I would recommend Villa Sur Plage to anyone and we look forward to returning.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Accueil très chaleureux et convivial. La maison a les pieds dans l'eau et la vue sur la mer et le rocher du diamant est juste magique. La maison et son extérieur ont beaucoup de caché. On s'y sent bien! Si nous retournons en Martinique, c'est certain que nous reviendrons dans cette maison coup de cœur!
