This 4 bedroom / 3.5 bath, two story end unit townhouse backs up to a forever wild to give you lots of privacy and a place to relax. It's like a little oasis!! Located in the Regal Oaks resort just behind Old Town and “Fun Spot” USA off Hwy 192 and I-4, this vacation house is super close to many grocery stores, restaurants, shops, theme parks like Disney & Universal and other attractions. We house many families of kids participating in events at ESPN Wide World of Sports as it is very close by.

The resort amenities include a heated saltwater pool, hot tub, water slides, poolside bar, restaurant, lobby pantry market, a fitness center, a tennis court, etc. All the amenities are available to you with no extra fee. Regal Oak Resort is a gated community with keycard only access to the gym and pool. To obtain a keycard from the clubhouse, bring provided form and either cash or credit card for a refundable $10 deposit.

This townhouse is furnished with everything to make you feel like you are at your home away from home. Featuring:

Two rooms with twin beds upstairs. The Mickey and The Beach (new mattresses);
Fresh towels and linens;
Full size Washer and Dryer;
3 hair dryers, 2 ironing boards, and 2 irons;
Box fan for every bedroom;

PLEASE NOTE that only starter supplies are provided. You may need to bring/purchase more paper products, garbage bags, etc. depending upon how many there are in your group and how long you are staying. There are just the basics to get you started.
