Enjoy ocean peeks and sea breeze as you sip your coffee or enjoy a cocktail in our Adirondacks out on the balcony while listening to the waves crash. Just 1 block from the beach w/a resort pool in this newly renovated & professionally decorated 1 BR, 1.5 bath condo. Memory foam mattresses w/fresh linens, a well stocked kitchen w/granite countertops, stainless appliances, beach towels & chairs, cooler, boogie boards & beach toys, FL washer/dryer, High Speed WiFi, Roku & Cable TV. We even provide a Pack N' Play for our littlest travelers!

The space:
Stay at Carolina Beach in comfort and style in this professionally decorated, updated condo with ocean, marsh and pool views. The top notch finishes throughout the condo include granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, a fully stocked kitchen, memory foam mattresses in bedroom and on the sleeper sofa, front loading washer/dryer and ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room. As well as everything you need for the beach: chairs, towels, cooler, sand resistant beach blanket, umbrella, boogie boards and beach toys! We even include a variety of board games, Starbucks coffee and two tall Adirondack chairs on the balcony to enjoy the views. We even have a pack n’ play available for our littlest vacationers!

Live music, bonfires, great eats, ice cream and a family friendly atmosphere just 1 block away at the Carolina Beach Pier Tiki Bar every Thursday, Friday & Saturday

Guest access
You will have FULL access to the entire unit: one bedroom with a Queen bed, a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room, 1.5 bathrooms, washer and dryer, updated kitchen, updated bathroom, a private deck with ocean and pool views and access to all our community has to offer!

You will not have access to the maid’s closet, but you will have access to cleaning supplies, a broom, mop and vacuum.

Great Property & Wonderful Host!

Erica was super responsive and communication was wonderful! The property was clean, cozy, and very close to the beach! The pool was a great bonus too for the whole family, but especially this very pregnant mama and our toddler! We had an awesome mini vacation and look forward to staying here again in the future if availability and such permits!

Great cozy condo for a family of 4

We enjoyed our stay at Erica’s condo. It was updated and decorated nicely. When we escaped the heat the inside was nice and cool so we gathered in the living area to play games. The beach was right around the corner. Communication was great! I would recommend her condo for a small family.

Home Away From Home

Beautiful condo with everything we needed for a small Mother/Daughters getaway. The beach is not far, pool's right there. I haven't stayed many places where there were enough towels...we had plenty! Smelled so clean when we walked in. Just what we needed! Erica was great with communication. Will definitely be back!

The place was just okay, nothing special

My experience was okay, the beach is very nice The property wasn’t clean as I was expecting, we saw couple roaches insects in the kitchen, that really needed to be taking care But it was nice and cozy place, the mattress needs to be replaced too

I’m very disappointed to hear that our condo did not meet your cleanliness standards. While this is the first time we’ve received this kind of feedback we have already spoken to our housekeeping to staff about your complaint. I wish we would have heard this from you during your stay so we could have done something about then and made it right for you. As far as the “roaches” we do occasionally see Palmetto Bugs in our area, which resemble large roaches. They are very common in the south and while we have our unit treated every month as a preventative measure some still get it. They especially like places close to the water, so at beach homes these are common to see. They are harmless and have nothing to do with cleanliness. In regards to the mattresses, they are tempurpedic and only two years old. I realize tempurpedic may not be your preference, but it’s clearly described as such in our listing. *This guest entered our property at 11:30am unannounced, without permission and before the check in time of 3pm. This disrupted our housekeeping team from restocking materials and we had to reschedule them at the last minute. Once we became aware he entered unexpectedly we did charge him an early check in fee, which he paid but we believe he is disgruntled due to the charged.

Island Dream review

When we first got to the property we were shocked it was not a two bedroom as described. However, after contacting the owners we received a partial refund and they did get us a blow up mattress for our stay. The property is indeed a one bedroom smaller unit. The property is very close to the beach and common pool. If we were traveling with less people I would book here again

What a cute place to stay!

This property was everything I thought it would be and more. Aside from being exactly as described there were little extras as well. There was a little piece of candy on our towels when we arrived. Just like if you were at a hotel. There was also a complimentary jar of taffy that I enjoyed over the week. There were a few dishwasher tabs, laundry tabs and plenty of toilet paper and paper towels for 2 people over the week. I felt like I was at a very nice hotel.

Very cute condo. Looked better in person. A/C was not on when we arrived it took a long time to cool down. It also didn't work well so we had to keep fans running to stay cool. Showerhead was terrible. I'm short with thick hair and it took forever to rinse out. The sliding door was off track when we arrived the host came very quickly to look at it for us. There really isn't a view of the water. We did enjoy the pool and the whole area we had never been. A lot of walking. I liked that there were two toilets but there is no where to put any styling tools down so I had to use the bedroom and bathroom to get ready. Sleeps 4 but 4 getting ready in this unit would be hard. Loved the washer in dryer in the unit with pods supplied!! Overall a nice place.

Family friendly apartment

We had a wonderful week at Carolina Beach. The host responded so quickly to any questions we had and even checked on us during the week. There was always a parking spot available and it was a very short walk to the beach. Restaurants and grocery stores were just a short drive away! You could probably even get a nice walk in to the boardwalk from the apartment if you wanted but we didn't try it out because of the kiddos. Everyone in the neighborhood was so friendly and there was always someone on the beach willing to help carry our cart over the rocks. We loved the outdoor patio, especially for storing any beach gear or drying towels. The bed was very comfy! I feel like beach houses are notorious for uncomfortable beds and this is the first rental I've stayed at with a comfortable bed. We cooked dinner almost every night and were able to use the pots, pans, and utensils provided to cook our meals. We are so glad we found the rental and were able to enjoy a week at the beach.

Right across the street from the beach, steps from the pier and tiki bar plus walking distance to hustle and bustle of the historic CB boardwalk. Our island is bike and skateboard friendly with a chill pace to help you wind down.
