The Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency is pleased to offer this charming, air-conditioned duplex in Cabriès, with a floor area of 44 m² and sleeping up to 6 guests. It comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully fitted open-plan kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom (with a bath). We look forward to welcoming you!

The property is laid out as follows:

Ground floor:
- A 20 m² living area with a TV, sofa bed, sitting area and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: A queen-size bed
- Bedroom 2: A bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- A bathroom with a bath
- A separate toilet

Shared outdoor areas:
- Leisure areas, including a children’s playground and pétanque courts.
- A shared, fenced and heated swimming pool, open from mid-May to the end of September. There are two pools: a paddling pool for the little ones and a large pool with varying depths. Sun loungers are provided within the pool area

The flat is ideally situated in Cabriès, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the accommodation.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest railway station: Vitrolles station (16 km)
- Nearest airport: Marseille Provence Airport (15 km)

- One pet is allowed free of charge in the accommodation; please specify this when booking.
- Parents are responsible for supervising children whilst swimming. Opening dates are subject to change and depend on favourable weather conditions.
- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (rental and payment to be arranged with our on-site partner). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. You may be asked to pay a flat-rate surcharge.
