It comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fitted open-plan kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom (with a bath). We look forward to welcoming you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

- A 20 m² living area with a TV, sofa bed, sitting area and dining area
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: A queen-size bed
- Bedroom 2: A bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- A bathroom with a bath
- A separate toilet

Shared outdoor areas:
- Leisure areas, including a children’s playground and pétanque courts.

The flat is ideally situated in Cabriès, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

Transport:
If you choose to travel by car, you can park for free near the accommodation.
