Thanks Diana. Yes, our pool pump unfortunately died during your stay but thankfully our property manager was able to replace it quickly.

Thanks for the review, Susan. Yes, we recently replaced the pool heater and have had some challenges. As far as heating water, it does that. But it restricted water flow to the point where the spa did not "bubble" the way it normally would, so we had to add a bypass to fix this. It also wasn't switching between pool/spa mode automatically, but the issue has finally been resolved.

Thanks Shannon. We have arranged with our management company to have more of these amenities provided. They provide: 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom 1 dish soap bottle 1 sponge 6 trash bags 4 laundry pods 2 paper towel rolls 2 dishwasher pods 1 hand soap per sink

Thanks for the feedback Scott. One of our outside cables got partially severed by the gardeners and this has been fixed. We also replaced the loungers. As for the hot tub, it is heated by the pool heater which is on a timer which should be set to turn off during the night to save energy. So it sounds like it was turning off too early for you. I know this won't help you now but for the benefit of future guests, you can set the timer according to your preferences.

I'm sorry you didn't enjoy your stay Carlos. Re the pool heat, this was mostly a communication issue as I had a hard time getting information from Carlos as to what the problem was. I couldn't tell if something was actually broken, or if they couldn't figure out how to use the spa dial, or if they were expecting it to be too warm too early in the day (the temperature was dropping to 45 degrees at night). Similarly, with the internet I tried to help but got no response when I asked questions (e.g. can you connect to the modem and it is slow once you connect? Or can you not connect at all?) so I couldn't figure out the issue. When our next guests came in they found the modem had been reset to factory settings (again I'm not sure if this was done by the ISP or by Carlos), so after some back and forth we were able to get them sorted. Re the cleaning this is the first I've heard of it. If there is an issue please let us know and we will try to fix it asap. Our next guests discovered that a mouse had chewed through the dryer vent and gotten into the house. This has been dealt with. I hope that all of these types of problems are behind us now - during the pandemic the house has been largely empty, so problems such as these have gone unnoticed. I gave Carlos a partial refund for his stay.

Thank you for taking the time to write this review Jennifer. Of course things go wrong sometimes, and we just have to do our best to fix them as soon as possible. I appreciate your help in communicating the issue quickly and your patience while it was addressed. We'll replace the air conditioner as soon as we're able to get a contractor out to do it.
